Drove almost one hour to go to this location since the one by our house closed. Food was bland and not very appetizing. Service was atrocious, one of the worst waiters ever. No personality whatsoever. We felt like our presence was bothering him or he just didn't want to be there. We are done with Pepes.

My order is always right. The staff is always friendly. The food is always delicious.
This by far worse Mexican food we have had since moved to Naperville, Taco we're blend (steak) chips were stale when I purchased Gauc then when fresh chip came out so we had 2 things of chips, good thing only they were dog friendly but not even that can make us go back , host was okay only thing with him he argue with what we said we wanted they would be so good if food was season don't have put alot season to have flavor it's Mexican food you either no how cook or don't ,won't be back

First we spoke to the server, and he didn't speak. The fries are $6, the steak tacos were hard and had no lettuce on it, and the salsa had no cilantro. I was told cilantro isn't not made like that at this store. Jalapeños pepper are no longer considered a condiment that comes with the meal you have to purchase them. I had my taste buds set on a good meal, and was terribly disappointed. I wouldn't recommend this location to no one.

We each order Steak dinners and they were hard as a rock. Also they never came by to check on our meals. They just gave us our check. What we ordered we didn't get My husband wanted a Tostada suiza and got a beef enchilada instead. The chips tasted stale. Think there using store bought not homemade like the other one we go too. We will not be back.

Walked in and the sign said "seat yourself" a young man was behind the counter and so fixated on his phone that he or anyone didn't come to the table AT ALL! I sat there almost a full 10 minutes and his head was in his cellphone the entire time. Smh There was only one other person sitting in the restaurant so clearly they're not running over with business. So, whoever owns this small business they just lost out on cash because your workers social media search was more important than your customer who sat at a table almost 10 mins and he NEVER looked up!
