Great Italian beef and great customer service . Was in the Italian shop and my bf wanted an Italian beef sandwich the owner calls the restaurant and see if they can make one an hour before opening and she did . We left a nice tip for a nice gesture and we will be back!

Pizza was OK. Toppings were sparse and I don't think we got extra cheese like we ordered. Crust was burnt and they even mentioned it when my husband picked it up. Look at the picture and see if "the sauce is everything" as they advertise.

This has been our go-to for pizza in the past few years, but service has suffered recently. We've had one or two bad experiences and I eventually contacted them through their website. The owner called to smooth things over, which I appreciated. Good customer service is important. Our latest order was back to the great quality I had come to expect so let's hope it stays that way. I've raised my rating from a 3 to 4 for now. It will go back to a 5 if there are not anymore issues.

First time ordering pasta from here. Disappointed that Lasagna with side of sausage does not even come with a pie e of bread. Was actually expecting a piece of bread and some butter. What ever happened to Italian restaurants that would always give you bread with everything. Like I said disappointed.

Time and time again, their hours say they're open, but they don't answer the phone. The answering message is rude, and they have the glitchiest phone line when they do choose to answer (cuts in and out). I liked their food, with a couple of exceptions in quality (almost like a different restaurant made the same order), but the headaches aren't worth it.

First time ordered from this place and it was a customer service disaster. Pasta was delivered in the bottom of a paper bag. Manager blamed Door Dash but I am sure Door Dash did not open the container and spill it. Obviously not packaged correctly. Spoke to the 'manager' who would not let me even finish my questions and was confrontational. Instead of making me a happy customer she argued with me and kept telling me to call Door Dash (which is not prominent on their site). If Door Dash is their delivery service they should have to taken responsibility. She should have credited me for a meager $10 but instead lost a good customer-we have pizza every week and will NEVER order from this place again. Amateur, untrained management clueless on customer service. Very disappointed. Stay away.

We enjoyed building our own pizza, and the thin crust was perfectly created in a wood fire oven. Joe was very friendly and patient in making sure my request for going easy on the tomato base was heard. Really tasty pizza from Sugo Mio ...
