Place was horrible compared to other portillos. Spend 15 on a pasta and lil bit of meat and the garlic bread was made with anger literally dipped until the bread was soggy. They need to make this place better

I visit this Portillo’s regularly when I’m staying in the area. Portillo’s food is simply some of the best that you can enjoy in the greater Chicago area. Their dining facility is akin to other Portillo’s across the nation and this place is always clean. I do feel that some of the drive-through order takers can be a little bit snarky but overall the service here is pretty good. I will continue to visit them and enjoy the wonderful food!
