we came here very late at night and almost didn’t get anything, but as we were walking out, the workers called us back in. they gave us free pizza slices. when 7 boys walk in most businesses are rude. but this business and these workers made our day. i love this

Incredibly INCOMPETENT!- Can't get orders correct- can't get pickup correct - you don't get everything ordered or paid for- they don't answer their phone ... tried calling 10 times to alert them that I did not get the order correct ... all ten times, the phone rang and just hung up. I had to drive across town AGAIN - when I returned (drove across town AGAIN) to get the pizza missing from my pickup order .. it was NOT what I ordered. I ordered a thin crust "meat mania" pizza. When I went the 2nd time to pick up the missing pizza, I got the pizza .. only to get home .. and I got a THICK crust pepperoni.- they are incredibly rude on the phone. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE. THEY ARE AWFUL!

After I called and placed order they still didn’t get it right. My order was a half veggie and half sausage 16” pizza and this place added sausage on the veggie side. I called and all he could say was how busy they’re. Unacceptable. I will never go

It's $30+ for a small pizza, and then they charge $3 if you want a topping. But here's the catch- there was barely any topping on the pizza that I ordered. I was ripped off big time! I would encourage you not to order from here.

Rosati's Pizza in Naperville offers pretty good pizza that's hard to fault in terms of flavor and quality. However, a delightful dining experience involves more than just good food. Unfortunately, the customer service left much to be desired during my visit. The representative I interacted with was not only dismissive but outright rude. After I ordered a pizza online, she rudely claimed they had no more orders, even though I had proof of my order and was charged. A restaurant's success is as much about the service as it is about the food, and in this regard, Rosati's fell way short of expectations.
I do not recommend going to this location. And I am not usually one to post a bad review but I truly don't understand how you can be served cold food. It's not exactly cheap and when you just paid $35 for pasta and some mozzarella sticks, you would expect it to not be a watery, oily, cold lump of pasta. The mozzarella sticks tasted like they just were defrosted. I am extremely disappointed and so is my wallet for wasting money.

The food is really good and it's not that far from not only where I live but also downtown Naperville and the two Naperville high schools and North West College so if you live around downtown Naperville or you're going to one of the afro mentioned schools then I'll recommend this place especially if you want catering to be delivered to you during the month people start going back to school.

This is a take out only place even though there are a few tables to eat at in the Pizzeria. The pizza is good. There pasta is very good. The sauce is so good. I get the baked mostacciolo and a side salad. They used to have fantastic hamburgers but I this because of the pandemic and supply issues they stop selling them.
The store is amazing. Very great customer service. The chicken dinner was amazing and their pizza is awesome. My kids are in love with their pizza. Definitely will order again and again and again. Check out this store for pizza, wings, and chicken dinners.
