I came in for take out I order 2lbs of snow crab (98$) and it came with a free lb of headless shrimp. I asked for Spicy seasoning and extra sauce that I was charged for. I got home to try it. It tasted like soup literally. There was barely any sauce to dip the seafood in. I called to notify the issue but all I was offered was free extra sauce for my next visit wow. Won’t be coming here again I suggest the red crab in Joliet they’ll take care of you

The sauce they use is delicious. King crab was well worth it, especially with the shrimp deal. Pretty average place atmosphere-wise but the staff is very friendly and the patrons all are having a great time enjoying their meal. I’ll be back again!

NEVER EVER FAILS!!!! Awesome place and perfect EVERYTHING!!! We make the drive from Plano to Naperville to go here!! There's one in Yorkville BUT this is the one!!! Thank you Sea Shack for sticking with what works!!!
Food was good however the flavors from no spicy to very spicy taste the same. We did not notice any difference. I had medium and one had spicy the other one had the spiciest and we tasted each other and it taste the same . And I don’t take spice at all and was able to have the spiciest level. Wish there was different spice levels for the spicy eaters, they would be disappointed since it is not spicy. Service was great. No fountain beverages, but they offer in can and cup of ice. Went for special pick 3 options for 35. Please go on their posting for more details. Or call to make sure they still offer it. Place is clean. Would recommend this place .Kid-friendliness: Yes friendly they have high chairs for kids not boosters

My wife and I make the 40 minute drive to go to this restaurant!! OVERALL AMAZING every time!!!! Tyler really knows what he's doing!!!
they had NO HEAT , had us sit in there for an hr jus to say they don’t got crab or shrimp , the waitress went to the back brought out the appetizer which took over 30 mins to come out, said nothing , then proceeded to wait another 20 min only to come back and say they don’t got the crab or shrimp… at what point did yall realize y’all had no food ? This place needs better ppl running it, a lot of people chose to walk out as well. Don’t go here unless you want to be disappointed

Walked in an empty spot was a bit turned off no one at this place. We ordered food and once our order came out we were pleasantly surprised on food. Good presentation. Great taste! Spicy sauce was perfect. And there was a lot of food we ordered the pound and half shrimp and muscles and crab legs. There was left to take home so much food was brought out. Great spot. People started to walk in and smiles all over. Service was great ladies were attentive and asking if all was good if we needed anything else good service.

OMG what a great place! Lilly was such an amazing server, made it feel like we were at home. Suggested the perfect entrée for us and even though she was running around busy she made sure to check on us frequently. The boil was incredible, the right amount of spice and so much food. Pricing was perfect for what we ordered. We definitely will be back.
