I like to study in here before going into work and the entire staff led by Heather has done nothing but give top tier, attentive service. Heather always makes sure to ask how I am doing, the staff is prompt to assist with my order, and even in the midst of morning coffee chaos my order comes out fast and with he same great starbucks taste. Helluva job by the team!!
The place as a location is so beautiful, super nice panoramic view located in the heart of the AMC Naperville Plaza.The store manager, Tabitha is a very, very kind lady that has a great team she works with.No matter what, they are there to make you happy with every order they take, they prepare it for you with their full of love hearts.

Store was not clean by Starbucks standards, trash bin was overflowing, floors were not clean. Staff was not cheerful, looked extremely stressed out. Maybe this was mainly a drive thru with some seating resulting in these issues?
