Very unprofessional and not clean my order was incorrect and instead of fixing it they proceeded to argue with me and insist I said it wrong which ended up turning into a whole verbal altercation this location could use better staff members with better customer service skills and problem solving skills any other location would've apologized and corrected the mistake whether it was their fault or not but just because it was 30 min before closing I get disrespectful lazy workers. I will be reporting the individual that took her apron off and tried to come at me aggressively while I was with my infant son and his mother. Very unprofessional

I never write reviews but I had to for this place..I hate complaining.. but I recently had two incidents that were very upsetting. My first incident happened about two weeks ago when I encountered one of the rudest employees. She did not even say hello or goodbye.. which did not really bother me. What really bothered me was how the employee was rolling her eyes the whole time and was giving me attitude. I also forgot to ask for lemonade on my açaí (I'm aware it was my fault) and she once again rolled her eyes and did not say one word and started to remake it. The second incident happened yesterday. I went on my lunch break for a double smoked bacon, cheddar, and egg sandwich and they took 20 MINUTES to give me my food. Keep in mind my break is only 30 minutes..
