DO NOT SUPPORT THIS SUBWAY. They do not respect basic human rights!! I am 8 months pregnant and asked to use the bathroom and had no money to purchase something and the woman refused to let me use the bathroom and said it was only for customers. I normally would understand but being pregnant is a different situation. They have no souls, no human compassion, and are down right evil! I would never EVER support this subway. Just think if it was your mom, wife or loved one who was pregnant and needed to use the bathroom and someone refused them how would that make you feel. At a time when everyone is going through hardships with the pandemic, we need to try to be kinder to other not meaner and cruel.

I thought subway is supposed to have workers not sleepers. The guy who works here is closing early every day for his own convenience even though the time listed is 8pm and he’s closing at 7pm. One of them is very rude, while the other is making up random excuses. Would not recommend going to this subway.

This is the worst Subway in all of Naperville. I would advise anyone to not depend on this Subway being open past 7:00 PM. The two Indian employees always close the shop 1-2 hours in advance. In addition, they always come up with excuses as to why they're closing early. One day it's a mechanical issue, and the next day it's because they have to attend to their personal matters. This is in fact, the worst subway. They lie about which bread type their out of, and one of the Indian employee is very rude to customers. Told me to get out of the shop even though it was 7:00 PM and all Subway's close at 8:00 PM.

Employees cannot communicate or speak English. The restaurant does not honor corporate Subway's email offers (i.e., two for one footlongs). The hard coupons are scrutinized. The employees are belligerent, argumentative and 'act' ignorant. Ordered on line and was told 15 minutes prior to pick up that the bread that we ordered was not available. This order was placed in the morning and the bread unavailability was not communicated to us until 15 minutes before pick up (4:45 p.m.). The employee would not honor the email offer nor hard coupons. The restaurant is not clean and I saw cockroaches crawling on the floor and flies buzzing around. Never again will I visit this location nor any Subway locations. Subway corporate is lazy. The employees are lazy.
