We have come here twice to pick up subs for dinner for the family, and both times were a great experience. Clean, courteous, and prompt. The "sandwich artist" was very generous with the avocado spread on our son's sub. This is our go-to Subway in Naperville!

I remember my first time going there , I had no idea of what subway has the best to offer. But one of the sandwich artists , I remember her name was Pankti , she helped me made the best sandwich ever and it was very generous of her to help me as a new customer . She was being really patient and kind with me as I was going through my options and gave me suggestions . I always order this sandwich cause it proved to be my favourite one . All thanks to Pankti she made me love subway .
They never have eggs. It's very frustrating. You go early in the morning or midday or evening. The answer is always no, we don't have eggs.

Can't go wrong with subway. They are quick with it order and the veggies are fresh but the chicken always seems like it's old. Other than that it's a good place if you are looking for a semi healthy fast food

Purchased a turkey sandwich today with some spinach and other vegetables. After taking a bite of my sandwich, I looked closely and on the end of my spinach was a small bug. I opened my sandwich to discover multiple tiny bugs all over the spinach. Absolutely disgusted, will never eat Subway again.

I definitely won't be coming here anymore. the young girl doesn't have any manners and always looks pissed off. she also doesn't make the sandwich very well. why would I go back? They need to work on their craft I've noticed the store has become empty over time and it's apparent why.
