I’m baffled at the slowness of this place. I ordered an order for pickup, but their doors are locked at 5 PM on a Sunday and you have to go to the drive through. There were only two cars in front of me and I’ve been sitting in the same spot for 20 minutes.How does a business operate by only serving one car per 15 minutes? This place has to be a front for something else for them to operate like this. 40 minutes to get a pick up order. Pathetic.

Sadly leaving this, but not sure management will take action. Been in this area for 20+ years and speed wasn’t like this pre-Covid. I knew I was risking getting in line but it’s been 40 minutes. Something is wrong at this location based on everyone’s feedback.

Terrible service! Untrained employees who were not interested in providing good customer service! We tried to change our order and an employee asked, "Are you changing your order? We just finished making it!" and "Either pay for your order or drive on!" We drove on. Prices are terribly inflated. We used to get a 10 piece combo of any combination of tacos and burritos for $10. This is now an eight piece combo for $20! Our total order was $43 for three people! We went to Jewel-Osco and got an eight piece chicken meal for $14!

2nd visit today in row. These are very nice group of people. Food quality is excellent. Staff is very hard working. They are short staffed and trying their best to feed everyone. Please be patient if you have to wait.

Came here and were completely ignored,while standing at counter to place order. All 3 employees saw us and still nobody even said hello or we will be right with you. We walked out. 4:30pm March 4 2024. Terrible customer service.
