Food is actually very good but service takes forever. I actually like to order the food to go sometimes but can't do it anymore since it takes up to a half hour for them just to prepare some salads to take out. Hope they fix it someday. Also seems like a violence problem there at night. Google "Gun Problem Naperville Top Golf" and decide if your family should visit!

Honestly I was excited to visit this location but they half pour their drinks and fill it with soda water. Don’t waste your money on drinks. Server Culin and Angelina don’t care about customer satisfaction at all. I told them my drink tasted like water and they wanted to charge me for a remake. Spent hours here at top golf just for them not to even remake a $13 drink. I wouldn’t recommend going here. Also the service is slow and seems like they avoid your table after asking for a simple request.

I honestly don’t want to write this but I have to. We waited 30 min to get our drinks and 1.5 hours to get our food and when the food came she forgot to put in our half of the order. I asked one of the managers there he was an A….hole. John who’s another manager there he did his part apologized for that and he didn’t let us pay but that’s not why we went there. Overall I don’t believe I’d ever go back there. We were a group of 3.

Love this place but with the police provoking gun criminals they are making it unsafe. This is going to go bad one day and I won’t be there when bullets are flying.

Avoid at night unless you want to get pulled over on your way out. It's disheartening to share, but my recent outing was marred by an unwelcome presence lurking in the parking lot – law enforcement officers looking in cars and seemingly itching to pull over people as they leave.So, before you plan your next night out at Topgolf, consider whether the risk of encountering police scrutiny is worth it. Your enjoyment shouldn't end with a tense encounter with law enforcement. It’s a shame that Topgolf allows Naperville PD to harass their customers.Google the ABC7 article from April 1, 2024. I wish I would’ve seen it sooner. I wouldn’t have gone to Topgolf and now I won’t be returning.
Two more arrested this weekend with guns and drugs in the parking lot. If that's what you're going for, you know what you're getting, and you will get arrested and prosecuted If you are thinking about going with friends, or thinking of taking your family, PLEASE realize there are unlawful gun arrests almost every weekend. By the grace of God, there has not been a firefight with casualties yet. Do you feel lucky? Well do ya?

Cool concept for just swinging around with friends. Different games you can play besides just going for distance. I didn't get a chance to try the food but the server was nice and attentive.
