It's hard to find fresh authentic Mexican food in here suburbs, but this place was great! I ordered the Gordita with steak, it was super fresh and had just the right amount of crunch! There have very little seating but we took our food to-go. The employees were very nice and answered our questions, will definitely be back!

Amazing restaurant with many vegan options. I chose the torta with soy chorizo and it was delicious, usually vegan mexican places aren't authentic but this torta tasted very authentic and yummy!

We ordered for carryout: Al pastor tacos Chicken tacos Posole The posole was a bit salty for me since I have to watch my sodium intake. My husband liked the posole though with the included condiments of chips and veggies. The al pastor was on the greasy side, but they were enjoyed by my family along with the chicken tacos and the two salsas. Would return with a taco craving next time I'm in the area :)

My friends and I thoroughly enjoyed our dinner, the staff and the restaurant itself. The staff and the space was so bright and inviting! Highly recommend the steak tacos! The fried shells were incredible! My friends got the cactus tostada and the other got a quesadilla. We split chips and guac and they were incredible! So so happy! We will be back for sure!

Legit Mexican food in Naperville. I lived here a few years and yearned for good Mexican food. Totopos opened the year I moved. Happy to now have a great place to go when I visit. - Located in a strip mall. Only one table in the corner and a high bay against the window - the lady working the counter was fantastic. Talked with passion and knowledge about the menu, prep style, seasonings, etc. - I had the chiliquiles and y'all...they were legit. Over easy eggs, extra sauce (my request) and a well prepped chorizo (good flavor and not greasy). Flavor of the sauce was fantastic. - chips still were firm, which allowed the sauce to hold the eggs and chorizo when eating. Beans and rice were well flavored (assuming the beans were cooked w lard - which is the only way to go). - my companions had the steak breakfast burrito and the veggie breakfast burrito. As you can see, they are seared on the grill after prep for a nice crunchy outside. I will be back - every time I am near Naperville. Kinda wish I was there now.

Delicious food. Super friendly staff. Very caring family atmosphere. You can tell the food is made with good ingredients and lots of love. Plus their logo and menu are super cute!

A fast casual restaurant. Lots of vegan and vegetarian choices. Also has meats so something for everyone. I had the burrito loco combo with soy chorizo. It was delicious! Husband had Al pastor tacos. He also loved his Horchata. I'm liked that they had different flavors of aqua Fresca. We ate outside and the woman behind the counter, could not have been nicer. Made sure our r dog had plenty of water and we had everything we needed including boxes for leftovers!

The beans were really delicious 10/10. I was reluctant because they look like black beans and those aren't my favorite. However rice and beans were best thing I ate here. I tried tacos de barbacoa and a tamal.. small place so not somewhere you can go in and sit with a bigger crowd, we were a table for two and there was one larger table to accommodate 4 and then some booth type smaller seating. Might be best for carry out only and there was no restroom to use.

Literally, the entire menu could be from my grandma's kitchen in Chihuahua. Don't let the small location fool you.

Wonderful little restaurant with excellent service This restaurant serves delicious, authentic Mexican food, plus they also have a fantastic vegan and vegetarian menu. Therefore, if you're vegan, this eatery has a ton of options, and they go out of their way to prepare everything just how you ask. I ordered food to go, and it arrived in takeout cartons and was really fresh. Two little tables are outside, and two small tables are inside the small dining area. I recommend this spot!

Stopped here for a quick lunch to go, and wasn't too disappointed. The tacos were great, but the chips and salsa were 6 1/2 dollars and the chips were stale. Might think twice about coming back here.

Definitely should have paid more attention to the recent reviews. The place must have changed. Came in for lunch today and picked up a steak Milla, Nessa torta. And it was Terrible. The meat was dry and no flavor. The avocado was not ripe and hard. disappointed. So many more choices in Naperville. As for atmosphere. Walked in the restaurant. It is super small. But the music was so loud they couldn't even hear my order.

Quality is a bit hit or miss but overall excellent food! I don't know that we have had anything bad persay, just that it's almost like have you ever tried to make a family recipe grandma used to make? It's still good, it's just missing something. It's like that some days it tastes like Grandma made it, sone days it's like someone is reading grandma's recipe. Highly recommend the shrimp ceviche when they have it as a special!

The place is small form inside a couple of outside stealing but big group will have hard time in seating. But the food is great. There are so many options for vegetarians and vegan. They have soy meat varieties which are so good. There are menu items that are authentic and different than you eat anywhere else. We tried taco combo with 3 different options grilled veggies, soy chorizo, and soy sausage. We tried tamale with black beans and soy chorizo. Tried Gordita with soy chorizo and with cactus also. They make food fresh so really hot which you want. The server was very sweet and helpful. They offer specials which change so we will surely return to taste other dish.
