Clean restaurant, accurate order, fast service and much better than that Wing Stop on Eola Road/New York. If you want wings, come to this one. You won't have to wait long like the other location

Place is disgusting. After waiting for 30min, I asked the girl up front what’s the update on my food. They find my ticket on the floor, pick it up from the ground, stacked it right back on the counter where they were prepping food. Annoyed and disgusted asked for the refund, and they said they’ll take the food because it’s one or the other. I can’t have both.

First time ordered a boneless meal with a mix of wings, with large seasoned fries. The fries smelled of used oil. Probably they used the same oil to fry the wings too!All the flavors (mango habanero, original hot, Louisiana rub, garlic parmesan) had one thing in common: salt+salt+salt + flavored sauce. The 2 stars are for the honey mustard and ranch.The company must learn from competitors.

First of all, I went on Wingstop website to pre-order wings for the Super Bowl on Saturday. The website would not let you do any special orders. whatever they want to sell me. I call and asked I could place an order for Sunday the day of the Super Bowl. The young lady takes my order and then someone in the background speaks to her and she hangs up the phone. I called back and they tell me I have to come in the store. I don’t understand why she hung up she could’ve told me that on Sunday the day of the Super Bowl I arrive at the store about 3:30 And was told that I could order, but it wouldn’t be ready until after 530. I’m confused why they say you can pre-order but you have to order what they select in the process I think that’s a terrible way to do business.

My wingd lacked so much flavof except for the mango habenero. That flavor was absolutely amazing, and it alone is making me come back.

This was my first time trying Wing Stop. Got a mix of mild and garlic parmesan wings along with buffalo ranch fries and a triple chocolate brownie. I ordered online and it was ready fairly quickly. The wings could have used some more flavor. The fries and the brownie were just ok too.

Placed an order via the WingStop app for delivery. A $54 order. When the order was delivered it was missing 40 boneless wings and an order fry’s. I asked the delivery driver where the rest of the food was. He said, “the girl at the counter only gave me the one bag. There is no more”. When I called to say I was missing the wings the person on the phone spoke broken English and were quite rude. They insisted I received all my food. I asked for a refund and they said there was no one at the restaurant that could issue me a refund and they could resolve the issue another day. This is unacceptable. This restaurant stole $54 and food out of my family’s mouth.

I ordered my food in person. Online it was 30 minutes, in person it was less than 10 minutes to get my food. The staff was pleasant and upbeat. The restaurant was clean, what I could see in the kitchen was clean.The food was warm, moist and full of flavor. I will eat here again.

This location is pretty trash in comparison to other ones in busier areas. It takes a while for the food to come out and the chicken is always really dry.

Me and my friend walked here at 10:12 by the time we finished our 20 minute wak it was 10:22 they refused to serve us and told us they are “open but stop taking orders” I don’t get why they stay open till 11 if they can’t take my order before 10:30 very unsatisfied with this service.

I ordered Lemon Pepper Wings, and when I got home, my wings were plain, no seasoning. My fries were so over cooked, they had a slight burnt taste. When I called nace to the restaurant, the only thing I was offered to come back, after I was already home, and they would give me five extra wing. I didn't go because I was already relaxed and ready to eat. It should have been something else in the future. This is the Worst Wingstop I have ever been to, and won't go back.

Don't even bother unless you would like to get charged for an online order, tried to call the restaurant before I showed up because I noticed the carryout option (when I wanted delivery )No reply I called for over 2 hours and nobody picked up the phoneSo my credit card was charged, I then head to the restaurant to see what was going on with my food at least and they said they don't have an order for meI have a receipt and an order number showing I did (surprisingly they didn't ask only that)I left beyond mad after heading to this location in a storm, and nothing could get sortedBeyond ridiculous, don't waste your time, this place is no longer worth it anymore like it used to be.
