Completed an app order for pick up. Order was ready on time, which was great, but when I got home, I noticed the lettuce was brown. Not sure why on earth they would even serve it. Also, the guacamole made me think I had covid I was so flavorless.

I want whoever was working the to go orders at 6:30 pm on todays date wednesday december 27 2023 fired she doesn’t practice sanitation I watched it with my own 2 eyes her hair is everywhere same with her little sidekick I got maybe a half scoop of rice when I specified EXTRA the toppings are maybe dusted on she was absolutely rude and made it an inconvenience when I asked for more rice my bowl was lopsided in the bag and none of the ppl who work at this location are friendly and I’ve dealt with customer service for a long time thank yew! you now have my name if you’d like to email me with a gift card or refund my birthday is tm. 0 STARS

Someone is adding wayyyy to much salt seasons to the food. Also they are double the tortillas when asking for burritos. The machine purposely cooks both sides of the tortilla and putting two in the maker might save you time it doesn't cook the

I went to 2 different chipoltle 's b4 arriving at this one due to poor service. Lawd ham mercy!! The 3rd try was a charm!!!! I am SO HAPPY I ended up at this location. My stomach is so happy!! Thank you staff at New Lenox!! I'm sure I was jst a normal transaction and you didn't even realize you did anything special but.. I hv saved you on my Google maps so I cn come bck again! Lol My food was DELICIOUS and service was superb too!!

The last few times that I’ve been, I order a veggie or burrito bowl & I’ve found chicken and/or steak in my food. I’m a vegetarian. I called the customer service and they gave me a free entree but that meal had chicken in it… my VEGGIE order.

Trash establishment… ask for extra sour cream and get a below average amount. The barbacoa in my bowl today was one fatty gelatinous blob, had to toss it. Where’s the quality control? Also the employee who helped me was a clown…. Dude has a future in the circus.At least the food quality was decent back when they were giving everyone E-coli
