Absolutely terrible service. The hostess was VERY rude when my friends and I tried to secure a table to eat. We called ahead of time, and even had the table confirmed. We were told our table was “getting ready” and that it would be “ready soon.” After 10 minutes, we went up to check on the status of our table, and the hostess pretended like she didn’t even know us (I wish I was making this up). After this, we decided not to waste our time and money at this establishment. I would recommend going to TEARDROP cafe in new Lenox, much better service.

It doesn't get better than the Charm for breakfast. All of the waitstaff feel like your mom from back in the day! The menu has all the normal standbys and a few excellent unique items (crabcake benny). The food comes out fast, the servers never let your coffee get below half a mug. Prices are very fair for how well run this place is, like a well oiled machine. I've eaten at Country Charm 50 times I'd bet, never had a bad experience. Frankly, I don't know how any other breakfast places stay open within 10 miles!

A popular breakfast spot that was suggested to me for their biscuits and gravy. Country Charm did not disappoint! Busy place so I had to wait to be seated, but once I did, my order was served quickly and with a smile. My b&g were quite tasty: thick, tasty gravy and tender biscuits hit just right.

Hostess was EXTREMELY insolent. Apple Maps stated they accept Apple Pay, and hostess refused to accept payment stating "things changed" while the device behind her CLEARLY showed the capacity to accept contactless payment. Food was great, and other service was expedient. I would recommend this place if it weren't for the gargoyle guarding reception.
