Visited here a few days ago and had a grand experience. I tried the Brown Sugar Truffle Bourbon ice cream, and instantly fell in love. I also had the Superman flavor, and it was kinda delicious, just not as the one with alcohol infused. Service was amazing and lovely. Please keep up the great work and I can't wait to do business with y'all again ?.

I ordered my son a vanilla shake a little bit ago. It was pretty busy. Someone should fix the entrance door as it slams closed.

Got here at 9:30 and was denied service. Disappointing as they close at 10.
Went to experience the shamrock igloo experience. Ice cream was delicious! Service is always the best! I do think for the experience, maybe not charging so much ($25), considering you still need to purchase $15 items per adult. I think jojos shake bar in the city may cost equivalent or less pending your party, and their place is actually crazy decked out with decor and photo ops everywhere. Nonetheless the creamery in New lenox really is the best! Can't wait for icecream this summer!

Really disappointed. Paid over $7 for a medium cookie dough blaster with extra cookie dough. Received a medium blaster of just soft served icecream and 5 pieces of cookie dough. Which was was placed ontop and not even blended in. Won’t be back to this location.

I purchased 4 hot fudge sundae's payed $18.70.When I got home opened up the bag they were size of a children's saucer cup, called the creamery the lady apologized and said everyone was complaining on the size.

The Creamery is open in the winter so you can still get your Ice cream fix. They have food also but we haven’t tried any yet. We had a banana split and hot fudge sundae that were both very tasty
