Picked up a few pizza for the game on 4/19/2024. The restaurant appeared very clean(in and out). Every single person working there was working very hard. They were all super focused on work(which is a great thing to see). The girl at the register was super nice and had great customer service skills. The hand tossed pizzas were great. I will continue coming to this location. Keep up the great job guys!

Very upset, no store near us will deliver to us. The New Lenox store is only 3 miles away and they say we are out of their area. And the store 5 miles away will not deliver either, so I guess we will order from someone else. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!

Ordered a pizza and was told 18-22 minutes. Ended up waiting over 40 minutes as the workers giggled in the background and the place was not busy. Hire more responsible

We used to love ordering here, it was always speedy. Last three times if has taken almost 2 hours to get our order delivered with no communication, no tracker update, and nobody answers the phone at the store. We are definitely frustrated and will not continue to order pizza here.

Been ordering from this location since they opened. More recently, seems like something changed there.... maybe with management? Idk. Consistency has changed. Often pizzas have been burnt, brownies have been dark and dry, and tonight I was delivered someone else's order. My last order was delivered to the wrong location and they called me to tell me they had to remake it and deliver it. The quality and care isn't there anymore.I had to call to get the order remade from this recent misdelivery. I was told it would be here in 30 minutes. It's been an hour and no remade order yet...tracker says the order was replaced at 10:29 but I called at 10:00. Even the reorder came and it was still incorrect missing an entire item. Must have a lot going on but that's no excuse.

I was amazed by the quick delivery service. I had my pizza in 25 minutes. It was exactly as ordered and the young man delivering was friendly. Will definitely be ordering again.

They put my food outside on the porch and when I went out there was covered with ants! Why would they do that?
