The new Dunkin’ drive thru location paired with the new Gas N’ Wash is really convenient in New Lenox. It’s nice on cold or rainy days when you don’t have even get out of your car to grab your favorite cup of coffee. They even have an express mobile order lane so I can order on my Dunkin app and bypass the ordering board. The crew is so kind and welcoming. The technology they use in this place to get my order fast, fresh, and friendly is really amazing! Just tried some Dunkin Midnight coffee, just enough strength and smoothness to get me through the day, can’t wait to get my daily Iced Coffee and donut when the weather gets warmer. New Lenox runs on Dunkin’!

There are some absolutely amazing customers at this location, but I'm all about 'experience' if you mess my food up but treat me with respect I'll just move on. I ordered my normal which I'm sure some of the employees have memorized. But this happened around 7:20ish the skinnier gentleman had an attitude from the beginning, and very rude the whole time. Than I kept sitting there solely because I also ordered a cup of ice. And again was rude. I work retail, it doesn't matter if you are having a bad day you still have to put on a show for the customers. I just expected more from this location.

HORRIBLE!!!!!! Every time I go they screw up my order. EVERY SINGLE TIME. My simple order of 2 sesame bagels not toasted just put in the bag turned into 2 toasted bagels and we ran out of butter. i call BS that they have no butter. ZERO STARS

I frequent this location and it has gotten REALLY bad in the last few months. Careless, untrained employees standing in a circle chatting while orders take forever and have been wrong more than right. Example: Twice I've ordered cold foam and the drink is given with zero attempt at even making it. Not it melted into the drink. Not oh sorry. Zero attempt and an odd grunt when it's pointed out. They literally just skip it and move on. I get a few employees can be inattentive and careless, but when it's most, that's management. Really rough lately.

My experience at the store was amazing. Especially due to the great service that I had with Jaclyn. she let me get an ice cream sample at nine in the morning while I was waiting for my sandwiches. my drinks for even made wrong, but Jaclyn was prompting getting my drinks remade. her service is amazing and if you ever have anything wrong, I suggest that you ask for Jaclyn.

Hit or miss.. more so a miss compared to other Dunkins. Don't ever order delivery from this location did so 3 times and 3 times it was messed up. They seem to care far less about the quality / time they put into your drink when it's for delivery.

I feel like the workers there are racist against me because I'm white. They always get my order wrong and give me dirty looks and I'm nice! Won't be back here again. They're also racist if you're white. They get my order wrong and are nasty to me for being white. I've only been nice. Won't be coming back again.

This location is the worst! Check your order every time because they will mess it up. Not to mention they are incredible slow and disorganized, I drive over to the Dunkin' on hwy 39 if I can help it. Today they messed up my order and when I asked them to fix it they still got it wrong:(
