I placed an order for pickup at least 45 minutes in advance. Went into the store and had to wait for other people to place their order and wait for other people to get their food and they still were not done with my fries since they had given it to two other people that were in line in front of me even though I placed an order at least 45 minutes in advance. The food was great, but what's the point of ordering at advance if you still have to wait over 20 minutes?

Horrible customer service. After placing order tried to pay with card and the machine was not working even after several attempts and restarting system. Order was ready and was told by the manager cash only which I did not have. Manager was very rude and said again cash only. Had to walk out empty handed and will never go to that location again.

Very clean restaurant! The food was cooked right after I ordered and was very fresh. I ordered a small cajun cry and it almost filled half the bag (definitely not a bad thing!). Burger was cooked with the toppings I asked for. Great and friendly workers. 11/10 experience at this Five Guys location!

First time in a 5 Guys, tho I've heard nothing but raves about their burgers. Add mine to the list. It may be a little on the pricey side($12 for a bacon dbl cheese, dressed as you want) , but definitely a step up over your typical fast food burger. Place wasn't busy, so quick service.

The burgers are expensive and it was so soaked whith condiments couldn't get to the meat SLOPPY. They gave me another bottom when I noticed the mushrooms. Good thing they DID NOT put pickles on it because I am allergic.
