Really love getting off a long shift at the hospital after ordering this at noon and not being able to eat all day. Finally get to eat and there is literally one slice of meat on this whole 8 inch sub. There is more cheese here than anything. Really disappointed, won’t be back to this location. ??

We decided to order party sandwiches from Jimmy John's for our Christmas eve party. We chose them bc we remembered good quantity of meat. Instead we got subway quantity or less. Lettuce must have been frozen because the sandwiches were soggy and even soggier the next day. Dripping. We placed order couple days ahead and asked for sides of toppings pickles,onions and jalapeño crisps in case someone wanted to add them to sandwiches but they were not ready when we arrived and had to wait for requested sides while our guests waited. Only plus was everyone was friendly from phone ordering to in store employees. Will not order for parties again. Was embarrassing.

Metal in your food. Not for human consumption. Be very careful here. When you get a sandwich check out the bottom closely where it’s on their baking sheets. You are eating metal. I ate 3/4 of this today before I saw what I was enjoying for lunch was metal. The district manager was at the store and couldn’t have cared less. Never would eat here again. Check your food! Absolutely calling the health department.

Went to Jimmy John's in New lenox around 1pm they told me that the bread was to hot to cut it would be like 10 minutes so I came back in 10 minutes get my sandwich and the bread is old must be the stuff that the guy bought from a different store I seen walking through the parking lot with a tray of uncovered

Sandwiches are good. I wouldn't consider them great however. The ingredients are fresh but the taste is somewhat on the bland side. Maybe better seasonings would help.I know lots of people love this place but this is just my opinion. I think the stand out to the sandwich is their bread. They claim it's baked fresh daily and I tend to agree. I just found out. You can buy the bread alone as take out and make your own sandwiches at home which is a good alternative. Warm or hot sandwiches are somewhat limited thus is a better sub shop for cold sandwiches.

I am not the type of person to write 1 star reviews but after today, i felt this was needed.My place of work is only 5 minutes away. It took them over 1 hour to make and deliver 2 sandwiches. We called asking for an update, and they were dismissive, rude and simply did not care at all. I get that places get busy, but if they told us it was busy and they only had 1 driver, we would have been more understanding. But the lack of customer service, and the rude behaviors, was disgusting.
My boys (9 & 6) love the sammiches, but also love to dine in because the employees make the experience that much better!

Day and night shift employees are rude, orders are consistently messed up. Obvious poor management and teamwork. Workers make the environment very unwelcoming. After multiple recent visits, I will not be returning to this Jimmy Johns ever again.

Decided to order takeout for some lunch. Went with a bold choice which was a Spicy Italian #7. Man was I not disappointed. Not only was the sandwich great but I had to call and let the chef know she made it with love. It was dripping with juice just how I like it! This jimmy johns is great and I know they do all they can to make a great sub because life is all about a simple sub.

This jimmy johns location is a complete joke. The customer service is terrible and the manager should be fired . If you mess up a order and get asked politely to make the order correct. You should do that, not catch a attitude and call the cops on a paying customer. That’s completely out of line to do to a paying customer. Understanding mistakes happen, as a manager you can fix them without blowing the situation out of proportion.
