I went through the drive thru tonight, and the woman taking orders was incredibly warm and friendly, this continued when I got to the first window. When I went to the second window, I was greeted by a gentleman with a big smile. My food was actually right (so often I go out and it's not) and delicious. I want to tell this mcdonald's staff that after a long shift at work, they made my day.

I really like this playland. It's pretty clean and the kids seem friendly. The food is ok but good for a McDonald's. If you're in the playland, they bring your food out to you. If you have any issues they will fix it for you. I really appreciate the service here. I had lukewarm fries and the server brought new fries out for me. They are also fast, even if you go inside

Reasonable expectations. How hard is it to get your order correct? We ordered two meals with a coke for each.We received the wrong drinks, no straws and no napkins. Seriously it’s not the end of the world but asking for the order we paid for with the ability to drink our drinks and have napkins is not an unreasonable request

I come here all the time for years I used to be a mailman in New Lenox and have ordered 2 QP with no pickle or onion because of the deal they have, it’s like 2 for 6$. Today I went through and this is what I got, never happened before, I called the manager and she said “ I believe it” well I challenge you to actually take control of your business and apply practical performance measures and working conditions and maybe this wouldn’t happen. It’s not the fact that people don’t work that is a cop out, it’s that you are not trying, adjusting, or implementing effective change. If I were a new customer I would wary this one and go to the one on laraway or Burger King right next door, the owner actually lives in town.

I can't share my feedback with mcdvoice because I'm not a forensics expert with this receipt misprint. We had 2 orders and they pulled us forward in the drive thru. 1st order got dispensed, and then they forgot about us for the 2nd. I think 20 other cars passed us up. I went inside and they apparently bumped the order because they couldn't find the record of it. We had to read back to them what was on the order

This place has a lot of heart, food is typical, but employees really try to do their best. Could be slightly better if ice cream machine didn't break down late often
Alright, so its McDonald's. It's pretty standard. And it's on the lower tier compared to other locations. It's not the worst, but the food quality suffers a lot. Food seems to be old often. Not only that, but accuracy of the order. I mean, the burger has a ticket literally ON it that says no onions, and it's a pile of onions.

If you enjoy paying for food you didn't receive, pull up to this location. Ordered 2 McChickens, a fry, and a 10pc.nugget. somehow they managed to remember the sauces but forgot the 10pc? ? I guess its my own fault for having Trust in the employees. I thought the paranoia of checking the bag was only for large orders. ?↔️
