Told me my order will be ready in one minutes and to pull forward... 15 minutes later I drive back around to the window and they had no clue I was sitting there waiting on my food. Left there hungry and frustrated. Not sure why I'd expect anything less though

This is the worst McDonald’s I have ever been to. It was convenient because I live close by. The frappe machine is constantly “broken” or so they say. You can order one item or 5 and they still can’t get it right. I think it’s hilarious when I order a large coke in the drive thru and when I get to the second window I’m told to pull up cuz my order isn’t ready… LOL! I replied with TF you mean it’s not ready?!?! I ordered a lg coke and I’m not pulling up! I go to Frankfort or Orland now.Parking: Options are limited, it seems you’re forced to use the drive thru which is horrible!

Going down hill, everything is app this or touch screen that to get your order placed. They have limited the interaction between customer and employee. Drive Thur is more appealing than any McDonald's inside nowadays. Food wise this is just not real, yes it's a fast quick bite but your gut won't be happy with you 24 hrs later. The fries have changed too, I think the oil mixture may have changed that they are cooked in or it might be everything is fried in the same oil like fish filet, fries, nuggets and it all tastes different from when I was a kid. Not appealing at all.

Ordered 2 big Mac meals. When I got home the bun on both of them were as hard as a rock! Won't be back. Very poor quality.Won't be back.
We always order standard menu items for a family of four. Drive thru post ordering never takes less than 10 minutes. This location has extremely slow service no matter the day or time.

This location used to be my go to for lunch during the work week. It has really fallen off as of late. I ordered a McDouble plain, small fry and a coke. They made me pull into a parking spot and wait, brought me my food and no coke, so now I'm waiting even longer. Pull away and go to start eating my food and the burger is not plain like how I had ordered it, now I'm pissed there goes my lunch and I'm starving. Not about to go back don't have time for that and they should get my order correct to begin with especially when they make me wait for it. Several new restaurants have opened in new Lenox, I will try them instead!

Check everything! Fast food unfortunately means inaccurate orders , service personnel is disrespectful, when they are told of mistakes.I will take a break from McDonald's for awhile, I'm sure the current employees will be gone. Plenty of fast food out there. My money can go to them.
