Haven't ordered pizza from here in a really long time. Placed an order on New Year's Day and was told that it would be ready for pick up at 4. We arrived ten minutes prior and it was not hot at all despite coming out of the warmer. The crust was undercooked and soggy. Total disappointment.

The stuffed pizza is always good. We did have to wait a little longer than normal for our pizza; however, when picking it up, it was explained that when they took it out of the oven, it didn't meet their expectations for being fully cooked. They placed it back in the over for more cooking thereby allowing us to have an amazing pizza.

I worked here delivering pizza and was treated so poorly by manager ! It was raining and sleeting and she told her to hurry up and was being timed… I’m a Sr citizen and have been in management my whole life…I found this appalling I made the delivery in a timely fashion and she didn’t have any regard for my safety so I quit !!! BBB has been notified. Owner called me and said sorry I couldn’t get along with her Manager lmbo
Price of the garbage salad has become ridiculous. I use to order regularly. No longer affordable for the size.

I just worked here a couple days in the rain and sleet and the manager was so down grading that I had to quit!!! She expected me to fly and disregard my safety.. Don't work here they try and cheat ya and give 10 bucks per hour ! I am calling the labor board and bbb I was treated rotten !
Something in my pizza tasted sour. Sent me to the bathroom a few times. The later on, I ate the godfather sandwich that made me feel sick. They must have used fresh mozzarella because it was super thick and felt like it was stuck inside my chest until the next night.

Love this Nancy's Pizza. Staff is always friendly and the food is always good. Other places are sometimes not consistent in quality, but we never have an issue here. Keep up the great work!

Nancy's has always been our got to for pizza very fresh ingredients and also hot and delicious. Thought only in Alsip, but there's one in New Lenox. Omg far down the best pizza.

The sell pizza that feed one and call them larges their a rip off the did not have any pasta and could see the size of the past like a small cup this place really sucks I ordered a sausage pizza and what i got was crumbled little pieces of something like ground beef pizza did not have one chunk of sausage on it we s*** canned it in the garbage wish i could get my money back this was a deep dish
