I want to give Oy's a good review. I really want to. I heard good things about it, so I thought that I'd take the wife out to dinner at 6 pm on a Saturday night.It comes down to delicious food and poor service. The staff was clearly overwhelmed by the rush. We were forgotten about and ignored by the staff.
Staff is polite, and the food is fresh, hot, and very flavorful. Definitely the best Thai food around.

I lived in Chicago for 7 years and was able to sample from some of the best food in the region. Usually suburban food doesn't deliver to the same caliber... Except this one. Not only is this likely the best food that New Lenox has to offer (especially with everything closing down recently), but it's on par with Thai places in Chicago. Everything is delicious and authentic! The veggies are quite fresh and plentiful and the meat is very tender. A breath of fresh air compared to nearly everything else in the area, it's well worth the price! My one and only tiny complaint is that every now and then, the mild food will come back spicy, but it doesn't happen often, so I keep coming back!

our server was friendly, albet clueless about the menu items. the spring rolls and cucumber salad were ok, but the curry and pad thai did *not* resemble any authentic thai food we have encountered in the past. the pad thai swam in a tasteless, brown chow mein-like sauce, and lacked the beautiful contrast of flavors, colors, and textures which are the hallmarks of a good pad thai. (this dish contained no tamarind or lemongrass flavor at all, no crunchy veggies, very few noodles)! we experienced similar disappointments with the curry. usually a good thai curry serves as a healing comfort food, thick and warming to the heart as well as the palate. this was watery, harsh on the palate, and impossible to finish. perhaps we caught them with a substitute chef, but we doubt we will stop in again to find out.

I absolutely LOVE this place. We order from here often and have never been dissatisfied. This time I got the Cashew Chicken and I asked for it insanely spicy. Excellent flavor. Finally a place that understands what "spicy" means. The chicken fried rice was really good too!
