Bought 2 brisket sandwiches and potato salad around 2pm after Lincolnway H.S. craft show. By the time I reached my destination 10 minutes later, the bottom bun was completely soaked in grease (even though I asked them to give me meat as dry as possible)...totally inedible. Most of the brisket was thin and tough and greasy...looked and felt like shoe leather. We ate the best pieces we could pick out but couldn't finish it...it was pretty much inedible. Afterwards, both my companion and I had very unpleasant stomach problems for a good part of the night If you can't serve good brisket because it's been in the warming pan too long...then you need to close up the truck so you don't make people sick!

Our car battery went out while the employees were on their way out of a festival. Two of the men working helped us restart our car and were very kind. The food was also delicious and very affordable. I definitely recommend, these are wonderful people.

My daughter had smokin z this weekend for her husbands bday party. The food was delicious! The service was also great! The best bbq beans, brisket and pulled pork! I will be using them for my next party and I recommend you do the same!!
Just had the special St. Pats corned beef for dinner for my family... two had it sliced with boiled potatoes and carrots and the other two had it as a sandwich. Wonderful! Very tasty and tender. So glad we have leftovers for tomorrow.
