I got three smoothies. They didn’t make the right smoothies somehow. How do you make a different smoothie then order????. Didn’t realize til I was home in Manhattan. Does not want to fix mistakes unless they see the product. The worker in there acted very rude about it. Told me she had to call the manager to get a refund and then when I asked to talk to the manager she was the manager. I filled out the survey about this location and they never called me. I also emailed and nothing so those comments on here are for show. Take your money else where and use it where there is better customer service.

I always get the delicious mango ginger smoothie. Today I was almost home when I tasted it. The smoothie was very bitter, watery was the wrong color and didn't taste right. Usually it is thick with a great mango flavor. Very disappointing. Won't be going back to this location.

I gave the smoothie a 6/5I give the young girl who took my order 5/5 she was very friendly I had never been to the location I usually do not order a lot of smoothies so when I do that a new location as you can guess it takes some time to pick your order. She offered a few recommendations I tried one of them which was very good and I plan to come backThe reason why I get to place a 4/5 Is for two reasons one I feel the owner is doing the employee a disservice and not having more employees there should be at least two people running the place at all timesTwo the prices are fairly high it was about $9 for a medium size smoothie but I feel it was worth the money I know they have a rewards program sure I’m sure and all if you were to go here regularly the price would probably be cheaper with coupons or whatever elseI plan to come back but again like I said they need more employees I hope he owner reads this because he’s got a good store, good name, seems like a good staff but u don’t wanna overwork them

Now listen here, im not sure what all this gobbledygook is about bad customer service. What I'm gathering is, that its not bad customer service, its bad customers! The people at this establishment are fine people, hard working Americans is what they are. I go in I get my smoothie, I walk out in 5 minutes with a smoothie in my hand. Its great. 10/10 would recommend.
