The barista was very rude! I was was an utter shock of her attitude when I simply asked her how long my drink was she gave me an attitude. For the amount of money I spent on a drink. I really didn’t deserve the attitude when I was completely polite. I’m very disappointed in the Starbucks and I will not be returning. I will find a different one, even if I have to go further away from work.

This was once a great place with a great atmosphere, the baristas are still fantastic but thats about it. There was a wall with lots of peoples dogs on it, mine included. After my dog that was there passed away I went here to feel better and enjoy a latte and see my old pal still there on the wall only to find out all of the pictures were taken down, I tried to ask the manager about it to which I was completely blown off and ignored. I dont know why such a wonderful thing was removed but it will be missed.
I went in today in order the wrong size coffee ask. What was the difference in upgrading it to a larger size? They told me don't worry about it and gave me the venti and the grande for the original price.

Went through the driveway and they were very friendly, but the frappe was literally a block of ice with a little bit of coffee flavoring. The ice was not blended well at all and it had no flavor.

Specifically asked for light ice on my pick up order and got ice filled to the bottom. This has happened several times and if it is not an option do not make it one to choose. I do not want to give the baristas a hard time or cause an inconvenience when dealing with this. But I won’t continue to pay 10 bucks at this location for a drink that has specific details.

The Barista (?) at the drive thru window was extremely friendly!!! She was very nice to talk to while I was waiting for my venti Frappuccinos. (When she wasn't taking an order.) I will definitely return!!!

I love Starbucks but I always try to avoid this location specifically. The staff here can be incredibly rude and today there were two of them at the register complaining about how busy it was as one is in the middle of taking my order. Just not a good look for the business in my opinion, makes customers not want to return. The Homer Glen location is my favorite, the staff there are always so nice and welcoming and overall just seemed more organized despite how busy it can get there also.
When I walk in they say Hi Roxann and they start getting my order ready. Phyllis is an excellent manager and the team are all a pleasure and always make me feel welcome! Thanks to ALL...

another 30 minutes to wait for a coffee. there is 5 cars behind me and I have not even made it up to the drive thru ordering. absolutely disgusting service, I would n out recommend coming to this location. it is extremely hard to comprehend why and how this location is still running due to the line it puts across the parking lot. the amount of car problems with the location is concerning and allows for a single file to be formed as all the customers get to wait 30-45 minutes for a drink. :) please spend your time at another starbucks or dunkin' donuts. There is also stan's coffee and ghost coffee dear this location!!

So me and a co worker stop off at Starbucks for lunch I order a mocha frappe which was amazing and then I order a grilled cheese on sourdough bread and when I got the sandwich and start to eat it I noticed there was barley any cheese on it and part of the cheese was cold for an 8 dollar sandwich you think there would be a little more cheese on it I'm a little disappointed but I'll get over it.
