Call out order name as you set down orders. All customers are not familiar with pickups and how your process works. For me it was my first time ordering on Starbucks app. Try not to be rude. It will cost your employer revenue when you embarrass people and they boycott your store. K for Kelly and J for John are right next to each other. Call out the name or someone may pick up the wrong drink and have to read it to see name.

ANNE is THE most incompetent barista Ive ever come across between the north side of Chicago to the Southwest suburbs. it NEVER fails she makes my drink wrong, it’s like she doesn’t even read the sticker. on top of it, she can’t even smile or say hi ever- girl, PICK ONE. be miserable or be incompetent. or find a different job.(you can clearly see cinnamon in my drink after mentioning none and I have a cinnamon allergy.)

To the rude lady who walked in around 12:20pm on December 12th yelling “are you guys even open?” knowing very well you only see 3 people in the back trying to take care of a drive thru full of people and online orders…CALM DOWN. Can’t expect for them to drop other orders just to take care of your little 2 $10 gift cards. I hope you see this and are embarrassed. To the employees, you are doing the best you can! Thank you for always being so kind and attentive. I visit this location often and never have any issues!

Please bypass this location. This was my second major complaint with this store and its manager, Derrick Woods. After complaining about an order, Derrick asked if we could define the word ignorant, we could see this going nowhere. Also, Lex has an attitude as do most of the girls who work there. Derrick posts alot about the community On Facebook.It’s time for the community to know how Derrick Woods treats repeat daily customers. Also they assumed I was someone else from a drive thru 2 weeks ago. This isn’t my main SB. Maybe someone should look at Derrick and the job he’s doing. Or maybe help him with customer service as that’s not something he is good at. Lex is just another angry kid who doesn’t like working or have proper etiquette.So many boundaries crossed over a drink that they didn’t even get correct twice. It’s pretty hard to screw up a tea.
