I was waiting in the store for over 25 minutes. The employees were cleaning and talking, not taking my order. A member was on her phone the whole time. I love tropical smoothie, but I do not recommend this location! Employees are rude and slow.

Good place to get a smoothies but not all location are the same!!..Be Aware of the quality you are serve. Some locations serve a lot of ice but you can't taste the flavor of the smoothie. Food is good for premade sandwiches & wraps. But, they do have a good locations out there & price is reasonable. I have going to Tropical Smoothie Cafe for awhile now but only to certain ones.

I am so excited that Tropical Smoothie Cafe is coming to our neighborhood!!!! Today I stopped at the one in New Lenox, it's so bright and airy in there, you almost feel transported to a tropical locale! I got the Mango Monsoon and boy it packs a punch of flavor. Now that my brain freeze has melted, I can share my thoughts LOL. Moderately priced, the staff was bubbly and polite , shout out to Hannah B who prepared my smoothie !!! You gals rock! The menu has some interesting selections, I'll definitely be visiting the Richton Park location when it opens!!! Go on over to Tropical Smoothie Cafe ,pick your flavor and leave with some happiness in a cup!!!!

Love this place but just got my Uber eats delivery and my kale apple slaw is two bites if that in both containers? Never has it been barely anything. Maybe they didn't have enough....But for a regular customer this isn't right...I should have went with baked chips....
I tried this place because of a coupon. The prices without are a little high on my opinion. But the drink was good. The staff was friendly and quick to get my order out. Tho they did misspel my name but no biggie for me.

I went here a few years ago and had an awkward experience. Decided to give them another chance back in January of this year. Elyssa and another woman were working that afternoon. She failed to apply my coupon that she was actually holding right in her hand. I had to place the order again to be able to use the coupon. She said I'd get a refund for the first order she messed up. I asked twice for a receipt for the refund and was told they are unable to give me a receipt for the refund and had no way to do so. Any other store I return something to always provides me with a refund receipt. She gave me some line about having to show the manager but he wasn't in that day. I will never be bringing them any business again nor recommend them to anyone. Skip this place and go to the nearby Smoothie King for much better professional service.

Ordered a chicken pesto flatbread sandwich on 12/16 around 9:45am. There was only one other person there when I got there to pickup my order. I was really excited to try the sandwich and was about halfway through eating it when I bit into something hard. After pulling it out of my mouth and taking a look at it I realized It was a LONG WHITE PRESS ON FINGERNAIL. I immediately returned my sandwich and smoothie and showed the young girl with brown hair behind the counter and in her exacts words she said “yeah that’s a fingernail, but it’s not mine” as if that makes it any better. Why are your employees not wearing gloves? And do you realize everything that sits underneath your nails, it’s absolutely disgusting. Now I am not upset with the young girl because this is probably her first job and there wasn’t a manager around at all. What I am upset about is not only the fact that I chewed on a bacteria filled fingernail but also that I have reached out on your website with my concern and have not received a response from anyone. If I have to I will eventually be going to corporate to address this issue further.
