Very poor ,we bought 12 burgers, sack of onion rings, and a shake. Burgers tasted horrible, rings were burnt and broken. They didn't have chocolate, offered vanilla at a discount. NEVER SEEN THE DISCOUNT. We used the drive-thru, the server was a heavy set non-white, not male. I think she was the supervisor, very poor needs to be changed or close this location.

When I am in Chicago metro area I have to grab some White Castle hamburgers. I grew up in Chicago and so did my Mom telling me how in the '30s they were on 5 cents. They always make me feel nostalgic. Working until midnight, knowing the White Castle was ALWAYS open back in the day when 24 hour any thing was rare. And they are one of the few things that still taste the same now as they did then.

Waited forever in drive-thru behind a car. I went inside after getting impatient and there were four employees working. After standing there a while and no one saying anything, I asked “are u taking orders? “. They said they were finishing some orders up first. There’s 4 of them … while 3 are cooking, 1 can take order. Or at least say , we’ll be with u in a minute. Then the people that were in the car ahead of me came in to see what the deal was . We both left. You shouldn’t have to wait 15 minutes just to place order and then probably another 20-30 for food . It’s not like they was busy . Hate this place

This is the Absolute Worst Place to get fast food..I spent 20 minutes in the Drive Through with only 2 cars ahead of me! The Person working appears to be the only person working and is as Slow an employee as I have ever seen. WILL NOT RETURN.

such bad service, I am shocked - I.did not even get to the order . Took 25 minutes of waiting and being ignored with a line of cars behind us. The cars up front moved up and there was a giant gap ... for 25 minutes. The woman that was supposed to take the take orders said to wait... so we waited... through the window we watched the woman with the headset gossip with her co worker, while we were trying still to be patient ... so we waited and waited and waited, and So finally we got the point and left ... too bad wasted a bunch of time, we aren't getting that back. Please consider hiring people that do the job!
