Employees are always friendly. Clean, well organized store. But, the last few times I’ve gone. The food has been extremely old. disappointed food wise but otherwise it’s a great store.
Food always taste fresh and delicious but sadly it can take anywhere from 30 minutes to and hour before your order is ready. They have great customer service. My family and I order from here all the time and when they did mess up they would try their best to make it up to us like free cheese break sticks or a half price on the order.

I have to say, corporate helped a bunch. The manager said she couldn't replace a product w/ a broken seal since 20 mins had passed....corporate says otherwise. After a credit to caseys rewards and a promise to re-educate the manager, I say I will continue to be a repeat customer.
