I used be a regular here when my kids were little. I was good friends with the manager, who was also a regional manager. They never frowned or objected when I asked for more toppings. Today, the disgusting manager yelled at me from the back, as I was asking for more coverage on the toppings. I get that it's pi day and the company is making less per pizza, but it's insanely bad business practice to insult the customer. She literally came over to monitor and shoot down my requests for more sauce (most of the crust was still bare) and then more cheese, etc. The Old Manager would NEVER do a thing like that. Which is why I was a happy regular customer who ordered 3-4 pies every visit. They didn't even have condiment shakers on the shelf. And when I asked for my usual finishers of arugula and balsamic, I only received a few leaves. This is not how you keep customers. As a manager, her main priority should be retention, not skimping on a few extra toppings, which by the way is the entire reason people come to blaze pizza in the first place. And if the business model of unlimited toppings isn't profitable anymore, then I don't see a particularly bright future for the franchise

Overall great service and establishment was clean, and plenty of room to sit down. The toppings for your pizza it's your choice! I had pepperoni, basil, black olives, pineapple, cherry tomatoes, spinach, green peppers, onions, roasted bell peppers, mushrooms, mozzarella, and fresh mozzarella, pizza was well done. I also had a side of hot sauce to try on the pizza, and it gave it a nice kick! We had the pepperoni lovers pizza come with 32 pieces of pepperoni and the sausage pizza, added oregano for seasoning to all pizzas. The pizzas were delicious and they have also some beer you can purchase while you dine in , beer kind is Heineken. Come with an empty stomach, and be ready to eat.

We had an outrageous experience here today. First they dropped one of our pizzas on the floor. Ok, mistakes happen. But instead of any apology the pizza guy told us to go all the way to the back of the line to start the order all over again. The line was long and rather than waiting for another 40 minutes or so we decided to get our refund and leave. The girl at the register didn't know how to process a refund and the pizza guy told her " just give them their refund so they'd get out of my store". Yes, exactly his words! This place is run with no manager on duty. In order to process the refund she had to call the manager so they could give her instructions over the phone on how to process it. It took another 20 minutes. With many people waiting in line for their food. As we were waiting for our refund we saw the rude pizza guy messing up a bunch of pizzas, the toppings were sliding of the pizzas in the oven and he just grabbed them of the oven surface full of soot and stuck them back on the pie.A simple "sorry" and nice approach would've solved the issue very quickly, because mistakes do happen, but instead the pizza guy acted very rude and disrespectful, and he kept making comments and talking about us , we were shocked, they have ZERO customer service skills. This was absolutely the worst restaurant experience I have ever had. WE got scolded because THEY dropped our pizza on the floor!Not even mentioning that some employees had their hair down and like I said there's no manager and so there was no one to tell them that it's food safety hazard and that they should wear hair restraints because they have direct contact with food.Avoid at all costs!

I like the pizza there...very thin, but the staff there is kinda cheap with the pizza toppings. You need to ask for more, if you fell that the amount of toppings are not what it should be.

There are different crust options at Blaze -- gluten free, keto, cauliflower, high rise and original.I tried the Build Your Own with the keto crust. It doesn't get the same crispness as the original dough, it's like a soft baked bread. I am curious if the cauliflower would offer more crispness. While I didn't love the keto crust, I am really appreciative that Blaze offers this option. The pizza came out pretty quickly and is good for a quick option.

Love the food and style. Manager definitely can’t keep her cool under pressure she was working hard really stressed and yelling at customers but the little male in the back Mexican descent is gonna be a manager one day the way he held his ground he had pizzas in and out perfect not under or over cooked like pancake at a breakfast restaurant. He is the reason i would return.

Hadn't been to Blaze in a while and tried it again. It is good but not great. A bit pricy but made fresh for you. Build your own is nice option. Good to share and then get a salad to add on.
