This is truly a great restaurant with great ownership and amazing customer service. From the first phone call to the food --from start to finish was amazing!!!!Sotiri is excellent, warm, friendly from our first conversation via phone. I had a ton of questions and he answered them all very professionally and made sure that everything was in full clarity. I had 2 functions to order for and all was Super delish.I also had some folks with dietary restrictions and allergies, and he was super sensitive and accommodating to those needs --- Avocado Toast was awesome - I was told-Sure, I can look at the menu, however, when you are at work and trying to organize a catered function, you definitely need the guidance of the experts that work there, I have called other restaurants and they do not give you the time of day- that is when they do not get my business or referrals. Not the case here at all--A million thanks to Sotiri for his amazing follow up and I did visit the restaurant and it was so clean, warm and friendly. Now let's continue with the FOOD!We had the French Connection. If you have not tried the Pistachio French toast - you need to!They were excellent and were a suggested sell by Sotiri ( he was not lying) The brunch potatoes scored high as well.I am a sausage lover and not all places carry good meats. I must say the sausage scored a "10" -- I did not try the bacon- because it was all gone in a blink of an eye as was everything else, that says it all.We also had the Crepes -- those were gooood as well.Again, my sincere thanks to Sotiri, chef and staff. Everyone asked, ' Where is this food from?" I told them, and they were all like I am going to be visiting Brunch Cafe in Niles real soon.If this service keeps up and never changes -- you will continue to be super successful. You got our vote-- :) See you soon.

A little noisy which is typical for a brunch place. It was also very crowded. But they moved people in and out quickly. Food and service were excellent.

Ordered their breakfast catering and everyone raved about how good it was!! It was so nice to be able to visit instead of just cooking and I was able to enjoy the company. The owner couldn’t be nicer. Will definitely order again!

Walked in, was told 35 minute wait. An hour went by and when we questioned it we were told the online reservations were seated first. Had I known I would have reserved online. Server was nice and food was good but communication not so good. If you eat here, go online to reserve.

Excellent brunch restaurant. One of my favorites. They have really good coffee - probably the 2nd best I have had at a brunch place. Multi grain pancakes are superb!Parking: This is in a large strip mall anchored by a jewel and Home Depot. Plenty of parking.

Nothing special , way too expensive I ordered scrambled eggs and they were dried out and burnt when you complain to the manager he doesn't want to hear it walks away from you when you're talking to him. Go somewhere else and get some delicious eggs and bacon for a reasonable price.

Food is excellent, they were busy but we didn't have to wait long for our food. Our server Julian was friendly and really did a great job. We will surely return for another wonderful meal.

Just when I get ice tea drink, if it is like raspberry ice tea drink you don't give a refill like other places do, regular ice tea you do if it's a flavor ice tea you don't that's bad. Not just me others have been saying that to. I have been going there for awhile now, the same thing on the drink ice tea with fravor's are still the same thing. The food is very good ? I say. The other things like picking up, the bad thing is they only have pick up ? that you don't have drive throughVegetarian options: Okay ?Parking: For parking, on the weekend it's very busy and week days it's better, less crowded you can take your time to eat and in joy your self, friends.Kid-friendliness: When you're whating for your food your kids will be able to do something till there meal is there, like they will be given some things to do in the meantime so us, older people can talk till food is really
