All food was cold, it’s sad because it’s 11am. I don’t recommended this location, the sauces not are accessible you need to ask for them. The shake was perfect.

This location can get really busy, but they have great service. I usually order in the app and the food is usually ready shortly after I get there. The food always hits the spot. I'm a fan of the spicy deluxe and the nuggets, and I really like their fries as well. Also, Chick-fil-A sauce is top tier and I like their lemonade as well.
Usually, I don't leave reviews, but today I discovered a piece of plastic in my chicken strips right from the first bite. It was really off-putting, and I had to throw the meal away. Adding to my disappointment, last year they forgot my ice cream and promised a credit over the phone. However, when I went back to claim it, they denied having any record of it. It's clear that quality isn't a priority at this location.

I work in the area and come here pretty frequently. While I typically don’t have any issues, the past couple weeks have been different. Went 2 weeks ago and my order was wrong. No big deal. I went yesterday and they gave me a bacon sandwich when I ordered a chicken sandwich. I called and spoke to Kathy. I explained to her that the same person got my order wrong twice and I would like one of them replaced. She kept me on hold for a while to find my receipt. She then told me she’d only replace a sandwich for me. I went to get the sandwich and they messed that order up too.

Went here twice in two weeks and was served by Joselle both times. She is so kind and present. The first time she realized we hadn’t ordered drinks and asked if she could bring us water. The second time she remembered my order! Such a nice environment and the play space is perfect for the really cold days.
