I really don't understand the negative reviews, this place is busy every night, especially on Friday nights. I went last Friday and the service was fast, the order was correct, the place was clean and the restroom was clean. I have to give a rating of Five Stars, especially to the cashier who took my order and was very understanding towards my hearing impairment. I have been to this location several times. Each time, the service has been slow. There are many people working there but only one person on the register. They do have a small Baskin Robin's are and a good variety of cakes to choose from. They also have a ton of seating and a party room. There is some outdoor seating. There is a drive thru.

Excellent place for hanging out with fnf. This is the biggest Dunkin I've been, with a lot of menu offerings. There's cute tables for kids, and small stairs for kids to see the ice cream options. Moderately clean, staffs are well behaved. Highly recommend for big and small gathering. They also have a party room available for booking.
