NASTY!!!! I ordered a giant turkey sandwich…. When I looked at the turkey is was 80%black!!! When I asked the manger if I could get new turkey he showed me the outside of it was white and the inner is black!!! I’ve never seen black turkey… guess it’s a new thing lol! ? waste of $22!

beware online orders everything was OK except i requested vinegar/oil on the side and revived none . the last few times my request was just ignored and received a wet mess . next time ill just have to go in and stand in line

Great place. Nice workers and they don’t mind when I ask them to clean the slicer for me. Don’t want my meat cut up on a filthy slicer.
The one on Lawrence in the city is better and they’re not macho twits.

We ordered through the mobile app . We picked up our order thinking we can trust the staff that our order would be correct since it was a very simple order. As we drive home we look in the bag and half of one sandwhich was missing . So we drive all the back wasting time and gas and they had the other half of our sandwich and said “April Fools” ?♂️. For some reason they thought this was funny and decided to laugh while asking for the other half of my sandwich. Now I’m wondering if they messed with my sandwhich. Definitely the last time I’m coming to this location. I come this side of town at least once per week and would have easily spent $25 per week here. Ownership needs to really pay attention to who they hiring to run their business

A great place to go for subs if youre in the niles area. Subs are made fresh and the staff is always really feiendly. The place is kept clean, and service is quick.
