I came in, ordered my sandwich and waited patiently while the young lady prepared my sandwich. She was almost finished and a tall, bearded man came in from outside. I didn’t know who he was. He came behind the counter, grabbed my sandwich with no gloves and put it in the bag. I don’t know if he was trying to help her, but it was literally just me in the store. She didn’t need any help, and I don’t like that he didn’t wash his hands before touching my sandwich. It was wrapped, but that’s beside the point. He’s coming from outside he needs to wash his hands before touching any food at the restaurant.

Ordered curbside pickup, but no updates on the app that food is ready for pickup. Secondly, when reached, no parking available at 1:30pm and was waiting in car for pickup, but no one came for curbside pickup.

Cashier couldn't be more disengaged with customers. Got our order wrong and gave us attitude when the manager brought it to her attention. Otherwise, this location was clean and the manager was apologetic about our order being wrong.

New to an area that needed some fresh options, they have excellent sandwiches and nice seating areas. I had asked for a recommendation and her suggestion to have French dip sandwich was a good one. The content of the sandwich was good but the bread was especially excellent. I’d even recommend potato salad as a side order. Here’s to hoping this place will stick in this location.

The worker Nazlie had an attitude the moment I walked in like she was bothered she got a customer didn’t greet and when she came up to the register didn’t even ask what I would like just looked at me with a very rude look The whole experience was just very ignorant and rude I will never go back to that location ever again was extremely unwelcoming

Whoever was the cashier on 06/18/22 at 1:00 pm was extremely rude. She has no customer service skills. Please, if you want customers to come back, provide her some customer service training or assign her to a position where she will not be dealing with consumers. Otherwise, let her go. We have been ordering here for work parties, but after this incident, we will have to go elsewhere for pick-up. There was no delivery driver available at the time so delivery was not an option.

This is the worst location to order from this is not the first time that my order has been canceled and or delivered an hour or so longer that I waited I will longer be ordering from Jimmy Johns ever I also will be calling corporate office to report them and how rude the manager was and wouldn’t give her name
