Today was my first time there. I drove passed it throughout the last couple years and it seemed interesting. I do not usually eat breakfast out, nor do I normally complain about restaurants publicly because it's a tough business.Although the donuts looked amazing, I ordered the cowboy breakfast. Pancakes were undercooked. The eggs and sausage were extremely greasy and then we have the potatoes which were basically shredded potato pancakes overly deep fried and absolutely disgusting. The coffee also tasted like water without any substance. Very sloppy. First and last time here. Simple stuff should be simple. Let's start with the coffee.

Very disappointed with their service. Staff need some good customer service training or management need to focus on it. We ordered full breakfast, donuts and milk shakes! The girl cashier ask another girl if they can make milk shake or no? So another girl behind counter said she will make it! So it’s like it’s depends on their mood if they wanna serve customers orders or not! Very rude behavior! We ordered breakfast and looking for spoons! We tried to ask worker girl there, she just totally ignored us and walk away. Pan cake is disgusting. Donuts were good. Never going back again.

I really want to like this place because the food is excellent- however - IMO, their very young and inexperienced floor staff need some additional training.2 weeks in a row my order was either brought out wrong or they forgot syrup/butter, they ran out of silverware-both times (and it wasn’t even that busy) and they had tables available but needed to be cleaned so offered to have me sit at the only clean table which is in the back next to their storage area (see picture below)Again - this stuff happens sometimes - but I didn’t pay $20 to eat with plastic utensils next to a storage area. At least set up a curtain to cover up the area so it doesn’t look so unfinished.I like supporting local businesses so I am willing to give them one more shot in the coming weeks. Hopefully it will be a better experience.

Too many young, inexperienced people running this place, it seams like the owners or upper management are not involved. Staff taking orders is lost and confused, they don’t know the menu (at least the girl helping me out). It was my first time there, my order was taken, when I asked questions about the menu the person helping me had no idea and she kept on asking the girl next register over. Also they don’t repeat your order back to you like it’s done at a lot of places which helps avoid order errors. Once I finished placing my order there was no thank you and no direction what to do further. The girl next register over looked miserable, I approached her because she had no customer and I asked a question about part of my order missing she answered but once again no sorry no thank you but annoyed that she even had to help me. My take out order was incorrect so I called the restaurant to speak with a manager. I wasn’t looking for anything free I just wanted to let them know that there needs to be more training, attention to detail or better process at the front. First thing manager said to me was “we can refund you money for the order” i explained that I’m not looking for free food and I would like for the process at the front to be fixed (so I can be a returning customer and obviously this improves them as a business). Managers response was “she probably didn’t hear you”. That is a prime example of inexperienced manager, you brush off the customer instead of reassuring that you are running a fantastic restaurant and any feedback matters and will be addressed. With that being said I will not be a returning customer. The food can be fantastic but if customer service is not there and it ruins the experience and atmosphere then it’s not for me. I will rather give my business to someone that cares.

This review below is an exact replica of an earlier review NOT made by me, but someone named Leotis. Something’s fishy because my experience was nothing less that UNpleasant. ????Was pleasantly surprise about the whole experience inside of this lovely restaurant. The cashier was very helpful and knowledgeable about every item on menu. I just love that! He take his job very seriously! The food was great! The server was excellent! Will drive over here again to order Joe Donuts! Was pretty much all sold out that day. All in all will go back here again and I can't wait to try something else too. Thank you all again.

The food is ok donuts are amazing so many different types of delicious kinds big fresh!!! The service is fast and friendly they never disappoint..:Great for a quick pickup and Kid-friendly. Parking lot. Fast-paced.

This review is for the irritation of stopping by a donut shop called "Joe Donut" at 11am, and they have NO DONUTS! Not some donuts out, others available....zero donuts. There should be some law against that :-). Like going to taco bell and they have no tacos, or burger king....sorry we're out of burgers. Just irritating.

Excellent brunch place ! Great food and service, large portions, fresh quality ingredients. Friendly staff. Enjoyed my breakfast immensely. Everything was tasty. Big selection of donuts ( haven’t tried them yet).Looking forward to my next visit.
