This review is brought to you by the letter F! F: resh mochi, rice flour based donuts every time! Rotating flavors to suit every palate. F: amily friendly menu, with Korean hot dogs, donuts, bubble tea, and coffee drinks. F: ind it at the northeast corner of the Milwaukee/Golf intersection next to Fannie May.

I went and ordered 2 Korean corn dogs and 6 donuts, it's very pricey and the service was awful. While the taste was good it's not worth coming here over other places. When I walked in it took 5 minutes before someone was at the front to even take my order and the cashier didn't even look interested. It took 20 minutes for my food and the only person who seemed happy to be there was the man in the back who handed me the food. He also looked like the person cooking so as far as the cashiers they seem remarkably unhelpful.

While it is on the expensive side for a donut, if you can afford it it's a really good donut. Mochi donuts are soft and light which can be dangerous some times because you can end up eating like 3 without realizing. My favorite flavor is their matcha, it's easily the best I've had there. On top of good food, they also have good customer service, the people working in this location are always smiling and friendly and will give you their honest opinions on some of the flavors if you ask. Great donuts, great service!

I loved the boba I had here. The corndog was incredible, and I will definitely eat here again.

Friendly service, delicious donuts, and strong coffee! This place is small and can sit around 15 people but what it lacks in size, it makes up for in flavor. Staff are nice, too. They also sell Korean hotdogs. I tried the ramen one with hotdog and cheese inside. I am not really a fan. This is now because of the product, however. I was just weirded out with the textures. It's not them. It's me. Donuts are delish and coffee was strong! I will come back again! Note: The is a review before mine, where someone says that they dealt with a rude and somewhat confused, blonde lady. The friendly people who served us were Asian so we had a different and friendly experience.

Alright, before I start I want to say that this was one of the most absurd interactions I've had while ordering food/drink. I don't think it represents the place as a whole since I love the one in LP, and I try not to complain as I've worked in the food industry before. This review specifically refers to the blonde older woman working as cashier this day... Not sure if she is very new, but she was unhinged and her etiquette isn't cut out for customer service at all. My group of 7 friends decided to meet up here just before 7p. I go in with my bf, two of the couples were already there and ordered, and our 7th friend comes in after us. There's nobody in the place besides my group, also no music playing so it was pretty quiet. The cashier takes my order: 2 donuts, a corndog, and a Revive refresher. Not talking fast, but she asked me to hold on mid-order several times (why I assume she's new and learning, fair). I had to repeat myself a few times and could tell she seemed frustrated using the register. I finish my order, my friend behind me waits a few mins in line to get his order taken next but eventually does. The first couple with us that ordered gets their ube boba drink. They ask me to try it, I do and we both thought it tasted really odd/not like ube at all. They were disappointed and didn't want it anymore. The second couple gets their corndog and refresher drink, and they tell me how they were still waiting on their 3 donuts. We got our donuts right away when we ordered; the cashier had forgotten to give them theirs. The bf goes up to let her know this, and the cashier looks around confused and goes "I didn't give them to you? That can't be possible" like he's making this up, then asks for his receipt but he didn't get one (hit No Receipt on the tablet). This is the couple that ordered... right before me. He repeats the order to her, she's grabbing it while irritated but also grabs the wrong item and he has to correct her, and after she finishes boxing she tells him next time make sure he has his receipt as if it's his fault she forgot. I'm sure she could have just looked at the order history. I'm more surprised she forgot what he ordered 5 mins ago. They also tell me the refresher drink she made them tasted almost like it was all syrup. I get my corndog and sit back down waiting for my drink. Two guys walk in and go to order, I overhear and think he wanted to order coffee boba? She keeps telling him they don't have that when he's literally looking up and pointing at the item on the menu screen. She's arguing with him and says in a condescending tone something like "we have milk tea and smoothies" and won't turn around to look at what he's asking for. So he gives up and orders something else. More people are coming in, in a few mins there's like 7 in line now. The cashier calls my name and asks what drink I ordered again, I repeat it's the Revive refresher. She goes to the back talking to a coworker for a bit, then comes back out and calls my name asking again what drink I ordered. I tell her a third time "it's the Revive refresher on the menu" and she says annoyed "Well what is it? Passionfruit??" I'm shook at this point... She wants me to name out all the ingredients for her..? The 7 other people in line are also quiet and probably thinking wtf? in their heads. I walk over and point to it on the menu screen and read off the 3-4 fruit flavors in it and she still doesn't turn back to see what it says. I sit back down and tell my bf I'm confused/don't know what her issue is. It seems she doesn't even know what's on the menu. A customer in line hears me and asks me whether the cashier had an attitude earlier. The couple who ordered the weird tasting ube drink are also annoyed and say how earlier when they finished ordering, she must have not registered what type of donut flavors they asked for and as they turned to sit she rudely goes &

I eat around here a lot and keep forgetting this spot is here. Well, today I remembered so I decided to stop in for a mid day snack. This is a small location so it's not the most inviting or comfortable space, but it does have a few small tables if you'd like to eat in. Unfortunately today they were having some issues and couldn't prepare any Korean style corn dogs, so I opted to just try out a few donuts. I really enjoy Mochi donuts. They have a great texture compared to the typical donut you'd get just anywhere. There's some places doing them I enjoy more than mochinut, but they're less convenient. For an easy access chain what you get at mochinut is good, and I will say that the ones I had today were better than my last experience at a different mochinut location. Today I tried the smore's flavor and the guava flavor. The smore's donut, while not as fresh as I'd like, was a really nice balance of flavor. That said, its mostly just a chocolate glaze with a marshmallow on it. The guava donut exceeded my expectations! I'm always impressed by the fruit flavors at mochinut, it's great getting something you don't see everyday. This donut was definitely made more recently and the sticky glaze was so good! It was reminiscent of candy but not overly sweet, a really excellent bite. I'd definitely grab that flavor again. My biggest negative here is the price point. $8.50+ for 2 donuts is a bit much, I would put the value at no more than $6 honestly. So if your willing to spend a little extra for a quality donut then this is a great place to try.

Wow, just wow! If one can describe the perfect store, it’d be Mochinut!! As soon as you walk in, you’re blessed with the angelic music of K-Pop which then is followed by the beautiful display of deliciously voluptuous, mouth-watering, and enamoring mochi donuts. The customer service was especially wonderful as I got help from a very friendly server named Christian. I would suggest anyone in the area to check this location out! I wouldn’t be surprised to see Mochinut Niles to be a Michelin starred restaurant in the future!!

I tried Mochinut in Niles for the first time. I really liked my coffee boba tea, and my donuts!

Delicious and fun! Great location and good indoor seating. I liked how you could sit with your family and relax and not feel rushed or in the way. The staff was nice and helpful. I especially enjoyed the poppy seed Mochinut. It was sweet and not sticky or gooey. I loved that I could break off pieces and share, as well as try the other kinds. We got cookie butter, poppyseed, and maple bacon. The cookie butter was incredible! It was lightly topped with chocolate sauce. I didn't try the maple bacon since I don't eat meat, but my husband loved it. My daughter got the strawberry smoothie. It tasted just like the one from Costco (perfection). She also got the mozzarella Korean rice stick. Two sauces! Sweet chili sauce and honey mustard. She said it was excellent and fun to eat (on a stick like a corn dog). This is a cute place to take the family. But make sure you go early! They might run out of the donuts if you go too close to closing time!
