I love coming to this place. These bowls are so filling and delicious and Vivian always has the greatest attitude making the best out of my day.(A year later) I just had to add to this review because I still stop in to get food here occasionally and it still taste amazing, every time I see a new employee there so nice. Just today I ordered for pick-up and they drew a panda on my bag which cheered me up and when I pulled out my bowl they have filled it up so generously. I love this place

I got take out so atmosphere and service didn't matter to me. I got the salmon and chicken. Chicken didn't taste good and salmon I didn't like. I like sushi but did not like the salmon so if you are trying this out for the first time it'll be a toss up. The chicken just seemed old and dry.

Just a disclaimer : I’m Asian myself so I’m not in any way being racistThis place LITERALLY SUCK! This is my first time checking this place out and I was so excited until The Asian Lady that works there was SO rude and seemed like she’s rushing me , did not put not even the normal amount toppings per order. Also she put too much rice and so little toppings like I didn’t come here for rice . I can also count how much salmon pieces she put over the mountain of rice .Will NOT BE COMING BACK HERE! RUDE AND REALLY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!

This place has horrible service, front guy was very rude, it was my mom’s and mine first time ordering here and we were a little confused on how to order, once we ordered we wanted to sit down and eat but the big guy told us that they were gonna close in 10min despite they closed at 9pm and we where there 8pm. Bowls are expensive, almost every ingredient has a $1 up charge cost. We’re not gonna return, they have DMV service?

Have really wanted to try this place, finally we did and to say It was underwhelming is a an understatement. The spicy tuna/chicken is insanely spicy, (we like spicy) the tuna was in large chunks and it couldn’t have been more than two tablespoons. the portions for the toppings is minuscule, and the vegetables did not seem fresh. $55 for 3 bowls with a tip and we all threw more than half of the bowls away.Additionally the woman behind the counter was a little short with us when ordering. Her demeanor changed at check out and she seemed friendly but i can understand the other reviews sentiments. I really wanted to like this place as i feel like the neighborhood could really use a good poke place!Increase topping portions for less rice/base and perfect the protein options and it would be amazing.I’ll stick to poke burrito in park ridge.

The Asian woman, who I believe is the manager, is one of the rudest people you’ll ever come across in the food service industry. Last week my 5 yr old and I went in to order two bowls to go. She snapped at me because my daughter had to go to the bathroom and we hadn’t ordered yet “customers only!”. I told her to calm down and she was annoyed when we came out. There is a bunch of Asian artifacts at the ordering counter so my little one touched a lamp thing, just to see what it felt like. She snapped at her about it. Then after our order to go we were walking out and my daughter forgot her coat and the lady goes “exit that way!”. I finally snapped at her and told her I’m never coming back. I was excited when this place opened, I’ve tried giving it as much business as I can, but she’s just so rude that on principle I can’t go back anymore. And it’s progressively gotten worse and worse with her. The food is ok. It used to taste fresher but has gone down. The one in Glenview is worth the extra drive for me just based off service and freshness alone. If the area directors read this know you’ve lost a loyal customer who probably spent $50-100 a month here and it’s solely off the rude manager who is so cold and rude when customers walk in. That’s it. The rest I could deal with just based off how close you are to me. But I’m done. Do not recommend. Go anywhere else then this location unless you want to experience a true, cold hearted service experience.

They messed up my pickup order and I didn't realize until I was back at my office and tried the food. I ordered wasabi aoli sauce but there was no sauce on my bowl. Bland and disappointing, especially for almost $20!
