This place is terribly understaffed , came in for lunch twice one time ordered to take out an hour before pick up and my order wasn’t ready. Before that waited 30 mins because they were so backed up since they had no help.

I grew up eating Buffalo Joe's in Evanston but became a fan of this chain when they started popping up, due to the greater options (several flavors to choose from, carrots and celery, bleu cheese or ranch dressing) plus their fries are great. Great and seasoned well. Everything is a la carte but you get what you want that way. We always order from this location because my husband swears the food is better than the Evanston location. We like spicy and love the Mango habanero and Cajun wings.

Worst customer service ever ! Ordered plain wings because there is no option for sauce on the side. They refused to give me a sauce for the wings without paying extra. They come with sauce.Don't waste your time with this place

Never had wingstop before. This location was friendly. Had mild hot garlic parm and lemon pepper. Giving it 3 stars for 50 percent of what we ate being good and great service.Cons- the chicken seemed over cooked, not much flavor in the mild, zero salt in the garlic parm and didn't taste much garlic. Pros- the hot had great flavor while being hot, the lemon pepper chicken was bursting with flavor, fries were fresh and skin on.They give a lot of fries w the combo. They tasted slightly sweet - as in sugar on them.Both ranch and blue cheese were really great and they give you a large enough container. I think I would go back but try the boneless with different sauces.

Only give this wingstop a 5 star because of the service that was given by Jose and his coworker, two man team but man they did excellent, Jose took our order down and helped while we decided what we wanted, most wingstop locations don't care about their customers but I got to give it to Jose he made sure everything was right. I'll definitely be recommending this location to my friends
