We showed up at this restaurant on saturday five thirty. The restaurant had half the tables filled. We waited from five thirty till seven thirty and still did not get a table. We walked out Without ever getting a table or any attention from the staff on how long it would be. There was only two of us in our party. We felt like if you can't get service to have a seat and how can you get well planned service to eat a meal. This is probably why you have to cook your own steak. I would not go To alexander's. Go make your reservation down at outback. Or the service is a hundred times better.

My family went there for my birthday. We have only been to the Peoria location and decided to try this one. Very disappointing, compared to Peoria. Some of us didn't get our potatoes, didn't keep dirty plates cleaned up from table. Didn't get refills on drinks. Chicken breast was cold. Under staffed. I heard our waiter apologizing to several tables about how things wasn't very good. Quality of my steak was great. We will never be back to this location. Hopefully Peoria won't lower their standards to this level.

Don't wear your good clothes here. Everyone comes out smelling like a backyard bbq.For a Friday night the salad bar was quite empty.It was a nostalgic visit since the last time I had been in the restaurant was when I was college 30 yrs ago.

Had to stop by at Alexander's Steakhouse. The service is wonderful. The place is well lit. There are plenty of seating options. The lobby is well cleaned and presentable. There is plenty of parking as well.The food was fantastic. I had the Ribeye, fresh steamed broccoli, and steak fries. Everything was cooked made to order. The food was very fresh.I highly recommend you stop by.
