I got hair on top of my sandwich. Never has happened to me before. I was kinda embarrassed for calling had a picture of the food. They said the will refund me for the sandwich. Today I went really rude and didn't get my replacement. Will never go to the one on rabb again. Sucks cause I work right here.!!

I recently visited this Arby’s location via the drive-through around 8PM on a weekday night and had a discrepancy with my order. I attempted to call but was unable to reach them so I called back a couple of days later and spoke to a manager whose name was Michael and I could not be happier with how he handled the situation. His professionalism really went a long way, he made the situation right and definitely went above and beyond. Thank you for your professionalism, Michael. I will be returning to this Arby’s location going forward.

I ordered a Buffalo chicken sandwich. After I paid I was asked to pull around front that my chicken is coming up fresh it would be a few minutes. I was cool with that. I appreciate fresh food. What I didn't appreciate was having to wait 20 minutes for it. After about 15 minutes I called the store cuz I cant go in. They said they didn't even know I was out front. And she said it was coming right out. I still waited another five minutes before I received my food. Whats even worse is the place wasn't even busy. I pride myself on being 15 minutes early for work, in which I was almost late for work because of this situation.
Servers was great and who doesn't love a pile of thin sliced roast beef???

Went here ordered quite a bit of food. My Ruben only had meat on one side of the sandwich. The sandwich was not even cut . I feel the manager that made my food knew she was doing it wrong. The other beef and cheddar sandwiches which was two of them came flat. Called and spoke with the same manager that made my food she was so disrespectful and first refused me request for the GM manager name. Try calling the next day and was given the run around. Called the following day after, and the first manager that messed my food up refused to let speak to the manager. Then called and complained at the 1800 number. Was told I would be receiving two on us coupons. It’s been over a week still no coupons. The gm calls and wants to make it right. He tells me I will receive the Ruben meal for free plus the two beef and cheddar that was flat, also the lg fries will be included. I am like yes this is a good response. So I go to get the food , And the manager that was disrespectful is the one that makes the food. She also let her crew come stare at me like it was very uncomfortable. But did she get it right ? Nope I got one beef and cheddar. A small Ruben meal when I paid for lg. No lg fries like I was told . So no the replacement was still wrong. I called again to ask why I was told one thing and got another. She the disrespectful manager said that’s what he said. The lady was very rude .. I feel she should have been reprimanded for the way she treats customers. I feel this location does little policy and more ghetto attitude. I would suggest you find a different location if you really want good Arby’s.

Hate drive thru only. My sandwich was not corre t and I had to stand in the drive thru waiting on 2 cars to go thru. Manager sucked. She could of met me at the door

They have great crispy fish tbere.
