I decided to stop in for some pizza and I was greeted the worst service I’ve ever had in my life. The bartender, “Danny”, was extremely disrespectful and unwelcoming.1) I came in at 7:30pm (well within businesses hours), and sat at the bar. he literally threw a menu at me and he lied about the kitchen closing “in 10 minutes” and rushed me to quickly pick something to eat, thinking that the kitchen would be closing soon. 30 minutes after I ordered he told his “pals”, a group of people at another table, that the kitchen was open and that they could still order.2) when he brought the pizza out, he came up from behind me with a mop in the other hand and slammed the plates down.3) he never smiled or even looked up to answer my very basic questions4) he refused to give me a receipt for my order5) pizza was mid.My first thought was “maybe he’s having a rough day” until I noticed I was the only person he was behaving this way towards. Other patrons seemed to experience a different side to this individual serving them.This whole experience was terrible and “Danny” definitely does not need to be employed there. He’s humiliating blono pizza co.

I was with a group hosted pizza buffet style. I am celiac so I needed gluten free. Most gluten free pizzas tend to have a chewy crust or falls apart, but mine was crisp and loaded with toppings. I ate the whole pizza. The server was very accomodating.
BloNo is in my backyard so I frequent it often. The bartender Keri is a rock star! We watched her own the place last night. There was a large party in the back room and she never had a problem keeping up with drinks and food for them or us at the bar with no help! She has never been less than professional and amazing for us!On the other hand, not so pleased with the manager! We witnessed her bully Keri and then she decides at 9:00 pm to start sweeping under our feet to the extreme of interrupting our conversation! Confusing!

We hosted a party for a large group at BloNo Pizza and it was fantastic! Carlos was so helpful with planning and there was great communication prior to the event. During the party, Carlos worked hard to ensure that our group had what we needed. He made countless trips to the bar and always had a smile on his face! We underestimated the amount of food needed and Carlos graciously assisted us with ordering more. And everything we ordered was delicious! Would absolutely recommend as a party venue, or just for a great meal.

Terrible service, somewhat okay pizza, but the service destroyed the experience for me. The environment with many TVs is the only positive I can take away. Waiter told us "you're all grown men, you can get drinks yourself". He also messed up 2 of our orders, and denied us free breadsticks when our coupons offered it. Bathrooms were DISGUSTING. Vomit inside a urinal, trash overflowing. I'll never be back again
