I’m a long time Buffalo Wild Wings customer. I more than understand restaurants will not always be able to deliver the service we expect as dining patrons. However. This experience was a big let down. I’m giving the company 3 stars but I should be giving this experience 1 star. We sat down for 15 min. No one greeted our table. Chris B. deserves a raise! So sweet to us, making special drinks although he was busy attending to other tables. Went out of his way to get silverware even though everything was dirty, hand washing them himself. So polite, service with a smile, hard to find good workers in todays world, good job Mr. B! Everything you did for us did not go unnoticed

The bird dawg buns came out burnt on the one end, and the chicken tenders included into my bird dawgs were way too small so much for $11.50 each. Worst experience I’ve had with Buffalo Wild Wings but none the less not satisfied. I realized they were packed with business but I still didn’t get my expectations what so ever. I sure would hope in the future they would keep up to par with more food satisfaction and customer satisfaction.
