We went in to get food and stood there for about 20 minutes. No one asked us if we needed help nothing. Then we sat in the car and called for 20 minutes still no answer. They weren't busy at all. Both employees looked at us multiple times. Didn't even get food we ended up leaving and going to a different Casey's.

Ordered pizza off the app was not ready when it said, had not even gotten ticket off of printer said need 10 min, no problem. After 10 “do you want this one it has been here like 20 minutes.” After the eye rolls and attitude That’s a hard pass please just cancel would not recommend this one at allEvery other Casey’s has been great

I ordered a bacon breakfast pizza, no bacon or eggs. We got it home and it was a biscuit n gravy pizza. I tried to call and waited on hold over 30 minutes and noone answered. I will be calling in the morning!!! This store has went downhill bad!!

Be very careful. We got two coffees and were charged for a $30 pizza by the clerk. called to have transaction corrected and the manager was too busy. Weeks later and no refund to account.

I usually tolerate this exception to the rule Casey's because it's on my normal commute, but this is the last straw. I grabbed a chicken sandwich out of the warmer and asked the lady in the kitchen if they have pickles and onions. She said no. I walked over to the sub prep table and could see them. Disgruntled she sighs," gimme a minute". While waiting I have extra time to look around and notice this on the food prep counter. Looks like the prisoners are running this prison. This Casey's historically has been a constant disappointment since '21. It was great before that. Good help is hard to find.

Made an order online but when putting in my payment information it kept saying there was an error and to refresh and try again. After doing so and continuing to get an error, I check my bank account and they took the money for the order each time I tried again. I tried calling the store but nobody answered after multiple tries.

Ordered online, money was taken but no confirmation email sent. Called in but never got my call answered. Stayed on hold the whole time while I drove to the location. When I said I was on hold now for a running 20 minutes they “discovered” the phone was muted and said they had no orders from us.
I’m only giving this Casey’s a 5 star because of 2 employees. The night time cashier that has no teeth and came from the Casey’s on linden is by far the absolute best Casey’s worker I have ever met. Back on Casey’s he refilled my gas tank for free because I ran out of cash with no questions and didn’t even ask me to pay him back. Tonight he gave me a quarter because I’m broke and couldn’t pay for my chips. This guy is the real deal. When it comes to customer service this guys is hands down the best. Next time I’m over there I need to ask for his name. I’ve had a couple conversations with him and he’s great. He said he lives over by the US coliseum. I feel bad he’s wasting all of his potential at Casey’s he need to find a job for at least 27 an hour. That’s how great he is.

Came into the store at noon on Sunday and their credit card machines don’t work. Not to mention their pizza is Gross and disgusting. It had some sort of weird creaminess to it and was just gross. I ended up throwing it out of the door on the highway. It’s disgusting. They can’t even take credit cards but the girl kept asking me if I had EBT. Gave me creepy vibes.Never again. Filthy and rundown and had tons of flies everywhere.

This Casey's is the reason I am no longer spending money at Casey's. Despite it being one of the busier Casey's in town, they are always out of everything and it appears whoever does the ordering doesn't know what they are doing.
