I tried this Domino's Pizza location. The lobby and waiting area are very spacious. They also have dine in seating.I tried one of the sandwiches. It was good. If you want to try something other than pizza, give their sandwiches a try.

Walked in to pick up order. Didnt get acknowledged. Someone finally greeted me after 10 minutes of standing there. Learn they hadnt even started my order that had been placed over an hour ago. They said they would put in oven "now" and would be ready in no more than 10 minutes. 15 minutes later i go to counter amd they somehow cant find the pizza. Mind blown at the level of stupidity. I ended up cancelling and walking out. Third time something like this has happened to me at this location. Never going back

I've been a Dominos customer for 40 years. Last two times I ordered from Dominos in Normal, IL it took 2 hours to receive order. The manager was rude when I asked about it. Today 11-4-23 placed another order. Again took 2 hours, when I called the employee was rude and said you have to just wait until we can get to it. Then 2 hours later when the order finally arrived, it was the wrong order. I'm done.

They make awesome thin crust veggie pizzaWe were amazed by how they make it so good .It’s mouth watering for sure.Definitely recommend store to go for veg thin crust pizza.Can’t speak for Non veg pizza as we only eat veg pizzas .Sorry.But great staff.

Management was unprofessional and unhelpful. Delivery Driver got into a verbal altercation over my pizza delivery on the phone after I had to call the store 3 times. The Same driver who seems to be the only drive also was snarky and disrespectful to my wife who call a day later to have the pizza we were given a credit for delivered. This is one of the most disfictional and unprofessional dominos I have ever ordered from.We just became an any other pizza company family.

i placed online pick up order at about 12:20 am went to pick it up about 20 minutes before close at 12:40 and there online system had messed up and they never received the order. the young man i’m the window apologized asked me for my receipt of it so he could make it and he made it for me in about 10-15 minutes he filled my order seconds before closing even tho he didn’t have to props to him.

Order here about a week ago for my daughter birthday and order two pizza everything extra on both pizza still received single toppings like before some slices only had a sausage on it this the second time I’ve been done like this so I wouldn’t be back very disappointed
Well don’t order delivery from this location,they came to our location done a uturn and left then refused to come back with our damn food. Worst dominos ever ?

Inconsistent quality. Sometimes they miss topping or two. Other times the dough is partially uncooked. I don't think they should be allowed to touch food and handle food. In fact starvation is a far better option than buying food from here.
