Went today to get breakfast and coffee with my littles! I ordered 4 donuts but they only rang up 2. When I noticed I asked for them and was ready to pay and this nice man in the drive thru was just like don’t worry about it! You made my day!! Also best food and drink I’ve had at a Dunkin! Ordered two coffees which were made perfectly..!!! But the two orders of hasha browns were disappointing because I could tell they were cooked in old oil due to the residue of them. They were still tasty. I also had a slice of banana chocolate chip bread which was okay...it was cold. Other than that excellent customer service..

Hands down the best Dunkin location in town! Not only is the store spacious and bright and inviting, but the staff are as well! Management here is clearly doing something right because the staff are efficient and always friendly; you can tell they enjoy being at work. Food is always great and prepared well!

Scanned my code for free coffee and it came out to a buck less. I would of got 2 xl not a med. I guess when you need to take money you will.
I have politely tried several times to get waited on at the counter, but NO success, customers are just ignored.Please just shut down and start over!!

Terrible experience today - waited 25 minutes in drive through, along with at least 10 other cars & saw the same patrons inside not being helped by the two employees I could see from my car... gotta get their act together
