I have been coming here for years. However the food I got yesterday had a bug in it (carry out). Was in the doughnuts. Usually good food but this had me losing my mind.

Eat there when they opened even again after Covid and it's worse than ever . I didn't mind $19 for fresh tuna sushi fresh food in general . I waited a while to splurge. NO TUNA RUBBER NOT GLASS Noodles, POTSTICKERS 1/2 size coconut shrimp tiny shrimp clusters??? irs so disappointing I paid $23 for 4 pieces of avocado & rice with rusty tasting pop. SO SAD .... Will not return

We used to enjoy this place HOWEVER after witnessing what we did tonight WE will NEVER be BACK! They don't even deserve 1 star! When you tell employees that kids are PLAYING with the food and point out said kids and food and they do NOTHING! Time to call the health department!

We used to like coming here till tonight when we saw kids playing in the food with their hands, when we told the lady taking care of hot bar she laughed, then spoke to another lady and she also blew it off no food was pulled, just let people eat food that was dropped on the floor picked up and put back into the pan, kid snot all over their hands touching every thing on hot bar and dessert bar contaminated but oh its OK they just laugh at the kids. F THAT NOT GOING BACK

Was expecting better since the reviews where 5 Stars. Let me start I was not greeted, after few minutes a Chinese lady comes by and bring us to a table. We decided to go grab our food and there's more options on dessert than food. Food was stale and really salty. We decided to grill since food was overcooked and stale. Therefore the grill was okay not that bad. Anyways when we where leaving the waitress male guy was asking for a tip, he was asking for more than 5 dollars and it was only Two people he didn't even refill us a drink. When we went to pay the total was $52 and something cents. How did they come up with that amount? Then we got surprised and the Chinese lady that seated us was screaming at us that if we want to see the receipt. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! Disgusted.

Been going here for years! Definitely enjoy the food especially the pepper steak!Will say that the recent past times I’ve went they have had a bit of trouble when it came to the bill. I also had to walk my cup up to a waiter for a drink. Other than that a really great experience.Vegetarian options: They do have a salad bar with many vegetarian options. You can also make your own dishes at the hibachi. Then there is sushi options that are meat free as well!Kid-friendliness: I bring my kids here all the time! They tend to do well getting their own food with little to no help.

I wasn't expecting Saito sushi when I walked in. But the shrimp shells need to be removed. Right? I asked for the beef medium rare and it was well done and rubbery.

Went here after 6+ years and was quickly reminded why i stopped going. Everything tasted bland, sushi was laughable, desserts were terrible. Most of all, the attitude of the guy manning the Mongolian grill was horrifically bad. He was rude and obnoxious anytime he was asked a question, clearly hates his job, and was scowling at customers the entire time. Such a horrible experience overall and an utter waste of $50.
