Called in for a delivery, explained to the baker/server whose name was Melissa that I had a wisdom tooth coming in and that i would really appreciate soft bread for the sandwich. Melissa made sure the bread was fresh and the sandwich was made meticulously for my preference. Whenever she’s working I’m guaranteed great service and I appreciate it.

Jimmy John's consistently delivers quick and satisfying meals, making it a dependable option for a fast bite. The menu, known for its variety and freshness, has always been a highlight. However, I did encounter a couple of instances that disrupted the typically positive experience. On one occasion, I experienced an unusually long wait time in the drive-thru with no apparent movement for half an hour, prompting me to drive off & go elsewhere. This specific location is extremely small and has an uncomfortably narrow and small designated drive-thru lane. Another time, the disappointment arose when they claimed to be "out of bread" and "out of chicken" Despite these isolated incidents, I remain a fan of Jimmy John's for its overall reliability, tasty offerings, and hope for a smoother experience in future visits.

This is last time ordering from this place they ordered an Uber driver to bring me my food instead of calling to tell me they don't have drivers or whatever the issue is. I would have just gone to get it myself if I knew some 3rd party business was going to be getting it especially one I don't like using.

Monday September 25th I went into JJ to get a quick lunch between service calls. When giving my order the young man continued to mumble his questions and I had to ask him to repeat himself multiple times. I ordered a hunter club easy mayo, chips and a large soda. there were 8 employees and only 2 making sandwiches. Clearly the guy making sandwiches was struggling. Orders were backing up. The other employees were completely disinterested in the situation that I can only explain as CHAOS. When I finally got my sandwich it was wrong completely not made to any formula and there was no mayo on it at all. I confronted the tallest and presumably older guy there where he proceeded to call me a "Karen". So I sat that piece of garbage they served me down on the counter and walked out. Other people had ordered by the app before me and were still waiting for their food. One employee was just sitting on his phone. The store was fully staffed but they treated their customers with complete disdain and as a nuisance. Also just an observation but if the gentleman that handles the money wearing gloves walks over to wrap sandwiches without switching gloves what is the point of the gloves? This location is a complete joke and the immature entitled attitude of some of the employees is really insulting.

My mother decided to bring me lunch from this Jimmy Johns. She ordered a Chicken Caesar Wrap, as I started eating it. It had a funny taste so I opened it up and this is what I saw for the lettuce. It was terrible 0/10 don't recommend.

On Saturday Sept 23rd at about 10:30 pm I had went through the drive thru. Must have waited about 5 minutes for me to give them my order, which I had to repeat twice, and then had to remind them when I got to the window. The guy had told me my total and I said that I was a rewards member. He asked me 3 times what my phone number was, usually when they put my phone number in they say my name to make sure that they have the right account. He didnt do that. I just looked it up to make sure on my app. He didn't put my number in for my rewards. I don't know how hard this process is. So I paid him for my order, he gave me my change and told me to have a good day. I said I need my food. He said "oh its coming up." I watched him go to the counter and start rolling sandwiches. I waited for another 5 minutes or so, maybe longer, because when I pulled out of the drive thru it was 10:51 pm. I work at 11. I had to pound on the window to get someone's attention and finally when they came over I had asked if my food was right there meaning it had been sitting there the whole time. So the guy looked at the reciept and told me my total I said I had already paid. He said oh yeah and then proceeds to get my stuff in a bag. My drink was wrong, my sandwich was just OK and my cookie was stale. Don't get me wrong....I love JJ however, lately they don't seem like they have their act together. This was the worst service that I have ever had with them.

I ordered my food at 12:49pm. It is now 2:22 and my food still is not delivered. I called at 2:03 and was told that they don’t have an exact location but the driver is on the way. This is ridiculous. To wait this long for a sandwich and chips. Especially when I am a couple blocks away. Food was FINALLY delivered at 2:24pm.

I ordered using the DoorDash app last Wednesday August 16th around 10:45pm or so. On DoorDash it stated that they were taking orders until 11 but it turns out that they close at 11. Called the store and talked to an associate and he said that I would be issued a full refund and I still haven’t gotten it. I called the store a few different times and nobody knows anything about this situation and everybody has different stories and solutions. One person even offered me a free sandwich if I could come pick it up. A free sandwich? That’s not enough considering I paid for a meal, delivery fee and tipped their driver all on the DoorDash app. Sounds like I’m just out of $21. Smh do better.

Delivery is no longer "freaky fast." I've lost count when it comes to how many times my food has taken an hr or more to get to me. With a newborn it isn't feasible to come in and order. I should also mention this location is only 1.5 miles away. I won't be ordering anymore. ?

Great sandwiches and speedy service. Walked in place my order and they had my sandwich made in less than two minutes. The guy handed me my sandwich and said sorry about the wait. Had to laugh.

Love stopping in at this jimmy johns when ISU is in session for a quick bite between classes. Always go for the slim #5 which is fabulous every time. The people are really sweet and it's always fast. Great place to chill and get a little break for heading back to school.
